Very clean and a great selection! They actually have more than 1 employee working at a time so someone is available to help customers! Love this place, will be back

We visited this Dollar Tree on July 5th, 2015. This is a larger store with more merchandise than average. Neatness was acceptable. That being said, we waited 10 – 15 minutes for a single cashier to process customers in line. The cashier was polite and moving as fast as he could. There were two employees hiding along the side of the store socializing who never opened up another register. Additionally, a customer ahead of us came back into the store the inform the cashier that he accidentally double scanned one item. The cashier apologized, acknowledged the mistake, and paged a manager. One of the employees hiding along the side of the store(they were not doing a great job staying out of sight) came to the front. The manager(or acting manager) told the customer that they don’t issue refunds and that he could go and pick something else out and call it even. Upsetting as it was(considering that was a blatant lie since I’ve observed refunds be issued at other locations), the customer picked out some batteries and left. The cashier was obviously being taken advantage of and the others were shirking their responsibilities. I won’t revisit this Dollar Tree since the acting manager was lazy and simply didn’t want to log in and process the refund, and she and the other employee left the solitary cashier to drown among the customers in a line 12 deep. Go to the Antelope/Lichen location instead.

Lived in the area for many years and have gone to all of the store locations. While they are all great, some tend to stand out more than others. This one i like because it tends to have everything displayed well and easy to tell when something new arrives. Its not a newer store, however, it is still managed and taken care of. I am very grateful for these stores because in todays economy, you save a ton of money, whether you buy little or much and they have everything u really need. For those that are experiencing hardship and need to be on food stamps, they acceot EBT cards, as well. Very friendly store. Ive always had pleasant, helpful service here, whether in the store, or by phone and they have a great big parking lot. Its also bike friendly. Its part of a long strip mall, so it is convenient for other shopping you may have, as well. Some stores you will find are: Sallys, FoodMax, Metro PCS, UPS, Gym, etc. Auro Zone and Pizza across the street, as well as a couple different restaurants, including Hometown Buffet(great family restaurant smorgasboard with many choices to satisfy everyones eating choices, but thats another review. :o)), a bank, key master kiosk type bldg. and a B of A ATM in Dollar Tree parking lot as well. Great for those who like to plan their shopping quick, conveniently and economically, especially if you have kids and need restrooms and places to eat. Down a block either way, you have pet stores, office supply, sprouts, marshalls, dennys, panera bread, sunrise mall etc. So overall, well thought out planning for your overall daily shopping and other needs.

I waited 5 minutes as the only person at the register for an employee to finish filling up balloons to ring me up to buy a Father’s Day card. I was so tempted to just slide my card across the scanner and leave my $ 1 bill there and walk out with my card. When she finally came over… No apology for the wait… she didn’t say a word to me besides«do you need a bag?»

I am amazed at the quality of merch you can get in this store, and you obviously can’t beat the price. Two words… «Toast’em Pop-Ups» — Ok maybe that could actually be four words, but still! Generic brand Pop Tarts for a buck, and they ain’t half bad! Gift wrap and holiday supplies. Buck! Cleaning supplies and Arts and Craft supplies. Buck! Frozen ribeye steaks… Yep… I don’t think I would buy a steak here, but they have them for a buck on occasion. They’re thin, and bone-in, but they are steaks! lol! Along with steaks, they have a small but respectable frozen food section. I’m surprised more people don’t take advantage of these types of stores. Maybe it’s a status thing, I don’t know, but I have no shame saving money. Four stars!

I’m giving DT5 just because everythings a $ 1. This is a nice, clean, organized DT. Can’t ask for much more than that. Some things are better deals than others. I would watch the cost on canned goods because you might find it cheaper elsewhere. Other than that, great deals. I prefer the 99 cent store though.

I find it hysterical that people on Unilocal pan or diss Dollar Tree. Isn’t it «you get what you pay for?» Really people? The employees do work hard for their living wage and I have NEVER had a problem finding assistance on a specific item when I needed it. What a bunch of haters on Unilocal!LOL. The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because I save 5 stars for excellent restaurants.

the store is extremely dirty and the fat lazy manager just sits in front of the counters ordering people around. I will NEVER go in this store again.

this store was totally thrashed, I watched 2 young juveniles with backpacks on the second one putting things into the first ones pack then leaving the store without buying anything in front of an old black security guard(loss prevention??) without questioning them, it was obvious that the store staff didnt give a damn about anything and there were products thrown about the floor in every other Isle… I will never go back

I’m pretty new to the whole dollar store thing. I stopped by after working out at the gym next door. I picked up a 3-liter bottle of grape drank,(Yes, I said it), for the little bro and reese’s for me :) … the perfect post-workout treat. They seemed to have a little bit of everything from party supplies to basic food items, greeting cards, candy, candles, laundry detergent, seasonal items, the list goes on. The checker was a bit of a free spirit… he had a drinking straw hanging out of his mouth, funky cut-off purple striped gloves and a name-tag that said«A. Nonymous» but he was nice and fast so whatever works, right?

The Dollar Tree is one of those places where I can’t leave without buying things I don’t need. I can’t. It’s like a disease. I go in and think, okay, cheap wrapping paper and gift bags. That’s all I need. That’s all. 20 items later I’m in the parking lot feeling violated, and wondering why I have all this crap to put in my car. 20 minutes later I’m at home soaking in a bath using the cheap bubble bath I just bought, wondering why I have 4 decks of cards and plastic martini glasses. … and yet, I go back… willingly…

You never know what you can find here sometimes. The merchandise differs from the 99 Cent store in that there is less of a quantity of it. So if you see it here, better get it while it lasts! Service can be spotty here, but today I was talking to the cashier who is supporting two(!!!) sets of twins. Wow. I’m glad that Dollar Tree pays enough to its employees! Err… well I hope it does. I am planning a birthday party for my seven year old. I don’t know what got into me. I think I had one too many glasses of wine at dinner and my daughter asked if she could invite 15 friends. «Yeah, sure that sounds good».(Usually 20% of guests usually can’t make it, that’s what I learned when planning my wedding) Well, turns out ALL of them are coming… with parents in tow. Thinking I would save money by having a party here instead of a place with a singing rat, I am furiously cleaning, doing yard work, etc. Dollar Tree saved me by having most of the goodie bags contents, piñata contents, decorations, plates, cups and napkins. Of course once I’m here I always find other stuff that I «need».
