Lucca was great! He is the manager of the store and he went above and beyond and helped me order some toms that not only were on discount but were buy one get one free! I appreciate him going above and beyond and hunting them down for me! Great customer service!

Five stars because the staff here are always in an upbeat mood and its contagious ! There have been so many times when Sean would come up to us in such a enthusiastic mood asking what we were looking for. He would even go through clothing racks with us to help find what were looking for. One time, I came here looking for a towelie shirt to buy my friend and Sean literally ran, grabbed it off the shelf, and ran back to hand it to me. Lucca, who always seems to be up in the front always seems to be in a great mood too. He usually greets customers with a «what up! gangstaaaaa?!» I just called to see if they had any huf caps in stock and he not only gave me an answer, but he told me every color they had in store too.
This zumiez and their staff here are doing such a great job at customer service, keep up the great work!

The dudes there were totally cool. Especially the dude with long hair that I talked to (never got your name). I hadn’t been to the mall in almost a year and I’m glad I decided to go back. I bought a Thrasher Magazine shirt and I totally love it. Definitely going back!

The staff here was very helpful. I was looking for jeans and the staff here was very helpful. I think this was the best experience I’ve had in a retail shop in a while. They picked out a bunch of brands and when none of them fit the way I was looking for they recommended brands and where flip find them. Lucas and (sorry man I never caught your name but you were tall) had great customer service even if I didn’t buy anything. Will return here in the future.

Brought my stepson here today to buy a custom skateboard. I could not be happier with the experience. The manager Eric knew his stuff, and put on a clinic for my kid on how to build his own board for future reference, while expertly putting his together. I cannot recommend them enough

I had a horrible experience at this zumiez.
My boyfriend bought me a Empire jacket from there for christmas
and had it shipped to his house, and had it about a month and i started to notice the
strings were starting to come out and started to fall apart.
We tried to exchange it for another one and the gentlemen was VERY rude.
accusing us that we have washed it in the machine and that we were trying to B. S him.
QUESTION? how do you put a leather jacket in the washer?!
anyways. he gave us attitude, called us «BRO» and get loud in front of all the customers.
WE HAVEN’T GAVE THEM OUR BUSINESS SINCE, AND MAY NEVER GO BACK!

Every year I buy clothes for my son and everyone is always so helpful. Great job, Zumiez~
