My glasses are amazing! I love them! I recommend this place mainly because of the doctors and the experience of my appointment. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I should have had to jump through hoops. The only reason I got anything was because I put a bad review on Unilocal which that got their attention. This place does need more customer service and conflict resolution training on a business standpoint but on a medical stance they are amazing! I will continue to go back. I just hope that this problem doesn’t happen again or to anyone else.

I grew up growing to the Colerain location, so I didn’t really know what to expect here, but it was a really great experience.
I arrived early for my appointment (which I was only able to book on short notice because they had a cancellation) and had to wait about 10 – 15 minutes to be seen, which I expected. The techs were all really nice and friendly. The doctor was patient and very communicative.
I would have preferred a little more transparency when I went to order contacts. It might behoove them to have a pricing sheet customers can use. I felt a little uncomfortable not being able to see and compare all the prices upfront. They do have price matching though, but you have to show them where it’s available for less on a competitor’s website. I did end up getting my contacts here for less than I would have done online, but it could have been a lot easier than it ultimately was.
I’m giving three stars because the service was very good, even though I had to wait and the contacts pricing seemed a bit sketch. I’ll probably go back next time, but don’t feel loyal enough to turn down a better deal somewhere else.

I purchased prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses here. Steve Laux was so patient with me. He was honest with telling me what looked good on me and helped me to find styles that looked good. I was still hesitant to buy and he was willing to give me a quote and did not pressure me into buying immediately. I ultimately went back after shopping around and he was as nice and courteous as he was at the first visit. I would highly recommend this office.
