I am very frustrated with AT&T right now. I have been a two year customer and always pay my bill. I set up my arrangements on my phone for auto pay out of my account. I just received a new bill from what they are calling a reconnect charge and late fee. I pay my bill the same way every month and now they are telling me this a charge from November when a payment didn’t go thru. They said I set up a manual payment from an account that was not a valid account. Why in the world would I set up a payment from a non valid account. Something happened on their end but they keep telling me this is a valid charge and no one in the company can wave it. They certainly do not value their customers. Buyer beware. I will be getting out of my contract as soon as I can.

Their staffing is always inadequate. Always more customers than staff. This is not the first time, it’s always. And when you get someone, their knowledge is limited.

I am not an AT&T customer and this review is purely for this store and the associates there. I walked in because I was curious about the new Amazon Fire phone. The associate was so nice, even though he knew I was not an AT&T user and had no intention of leaving my current provider. He was informative and funny and made the discussion of the phone and my short experience in this store very enjoyable.

Worked with Adam Jones and I will be a customer for life. He fixed my billing issues and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I was so pleased that I purchased a new phone while I was there.
