We have had a mailbox at this UPS store for years. The associates there know us by name and greet us every time we are there! They also keep us informed of what extra services they can provide and they beat the prices of the nearby big box store. This summer, they made up signs for us to use to display on the road for a fundraising event. I recently had some Holiday Postcards made up and they took extra time/effort to take my pictures and message and created a memorable card for me to mail. And they are always interested in how else they
can help us.

I needed to send a large picture frame to Auburn University. They quoted a price of $ 192, wtf. I was flying there on Friday, to check a large suitcase should only cost $ 50 round trip. These stores are all franchises are can charge people whatever they want.
To compare I took my frame to the UPS headquarters and guess what. $ 31 to send plus $ 7 for a box to put it in. I will only go to UPS directly either in Sharonville or Downtown!!!
