I have been to many Disney Stores. This may be the nicest Disney Store I have been to. A lot of time went into designing this store. Make sure to look at the tops of some of the displays. They have neat features that would easily be missed. Being able to crawl under the stuffed animal tower, and having a princess dressing area were exciting to my daughter. The movie theater/coloring area is nicely defined and out of the way. It is a real treat for a kid who needs a break from all the shopping. The shows/clips that are shown are the perfect length. Not too short, not too long, just enough to rest for a bit. They have a very small selection of Vinylmation. If you are into collecting/trading they have a small trader box too. If I had known I would have brought one to trade. Prices are on the high side. That is to be expected from Disney. Generally the merchandise is of a higher quality.

Disney knows how to do business! Just like at Disney World, the Disney Store really takes great pride in making every child feel special each and every time they step foot inside the store. Each member of the staff is very helpful, and very good with children. They always take the time to play and interact with the children… Surprisingly, it really isn’t in a sales-pitchy type of manner at all; it really seems pretty genuine. I’ve been in there with my kids a bunch of times before, but today I discovered something really cool there. At the very top of the walls there is a faint, almost blended-in mural of different Disney characters… That isn’t the coolest part — They painted this detailed mural with Cincinnati inspired themes. For example — If you look closely, you’ll find a silhouette of Belle and the Beast kissing in front of Union Terminal… I thought that was the coolest thing! This just goes along with how Disney does business!
