Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room is very clean and you can not hear guests in neighboring rooms. Everything in rooms appears new. Our A/​C worked fine… very cool. Breakfast was great and all the staff were extremely friendly. Do note that there is some outside street noise. Otherwise five stars!

The room was very nice – a nice, comfortable king bed, a little refrigerator, spacious bathroom, free Wi-​Fi, shampoo, lotion and conditioner provided, a free breakfast, and a very clean room and hotel overall. The rooms were very reasonably priced. Now – here’s what keeps it from getting five stars: (1) the air conditioner did not work properly; no matter how low you set the temperature, the a/​c would come on for only about 45 seconds and then shut off. You could never get the room really cool. I woke up in the middle of the night with the room feeling stuffy; (2) it took quite a while to get the clerk’s attention when I was trying to check out; and (3) there was a light burned out in the bathroom. Right next door is a Cracker Barrel restaurant – which is a really good one. Also nearby is a Taco Bell and a Chinese restaurant. If the management fixes the a/​c, instructs the staff to be more attentive, and ensures no lights are burned out, they would rate 5 stars.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, accommodated a larger party of us on short notice. Elevator got stuck a few times. Great overall stay. I would stay here again.
