Papa John’s promises to offer 50% off the day after the Bengals win but its only available if you order on line and they just happen to have their entire web site down for schedule maintenance today the day after the Bengals won. I called the downtown store just 4 blocks from the stadium where the Bengals crushed the Browns and the refuse to owner the 50% discount unless it is ordered on line. No Phone calls or walk ins can get the 50% off deal. That just stinks and shows the complete lack of customer service and business savvy. Shame on Papa John’s pizza for a bait and switch! P. S. I Tried and call customer service by phone and it is busy. Obviously Papa John’s is getting an earful from Cincinnati Bengals fans who art fans of Papa John’s.

Ordered carry out online 11am. Went to get it at 11:40 and the door was locked! Lady was inside on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me pulling on the locked door. They are supposed to open at 10.

I ordered a pizza at 8:15. Noticed the confirmation email stated a 115 – 125 minute delivery time. Ridiculous, but I waited. 125 minutes came and passed, no pizza. I called after 145 minutes and was told they couldn’t deliver my pizza. I was never called, never told that my order was cancelled. I usually tell people I like Papa John’s. I will never be giving people that horrible advice ever again. Terrible service.

lots of deals. check online for promos. sign up for their reward program you eventually score free food. great staff –always friendly and the quality is consistent. my go to place when i am in a hurry. within walk of a lot of downtown residences.

Quick food when you are hungry and our delivery driver was friendly! However, The wings are mostly skin and the thin crust pizza comes with almost nothing on it.

I ordered early on a Friday evening, at 7:20p, a small order of a medium pizza and a small order of breadsticks. I received the standard email stating 36−46min delivery time. An hour later, I called the location because I had not received my order(btw I live less than a mile from the location). The person I spoke to said«Sorry about that. It should be there any minute.» After another 20min, no delivery, I called back and asked for the manager. I got the same girl online who said she would credit the order and the pizza would be free. Ten minutes later, a cold pizza shows up from a delivery girl with a very bad attitude. She actually shrugged her shoulders when I told her I’d been waiting 1 and a half hours. In a time where customer service is the only thing separating one company from another, I am surprised Papa John’s is still in business. I will never return. I threw out the free, cold pizza.

Disappointing service. We ordered online and an item was left off the order(which happens). When I asked if they could just credit back my account the employee on the phone gave me a ton of attitude. After telling me «no,» there was an awkward silence. I finally said, «can you just send the item back out since I paid for it?» The employee just said«sure.»

I’ve ordered take-out about four times. Each time has been a standard experience for Papa John’s. The menu is great, the add-ons are interesting and different. I’ve had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and Hawaiian Pizza; both were great. I’ve also had the cheese sticks several times which are also good. They have a promo where they offer 50% off your entire order(online only) the day after the Bengals win.
