Let me start by saying ZERO stars should be an option.
I am from out of town and sat with 3 of us on the patio. Happening music and all we have it a shot. Well after 20 minutes of sitting at a table. Holding menus we got no service. 3 other guests, also got no service.
Both groups of three left our tables. Horrible service. Waitress stared at my wife 4 separate times and not even a ‘Hey, I will be right with you.’ Not even a glass of water.
Here’s the kicker, both groups are a part of 500+ attendees at a conference. I will advise ALL to avoid this place for lunch AND SERVICE AT YOURE OWN RISK.

Don’t be lured into «the location is great, they must be good» hook. Gave them a chance after stale and cold food. Not well run and it shows. Trust the reviews. Head next door to Rock Bottom.

Awful service. Terrible food. Overpriced alcohol. Pass. Honestly the don’t even deserve to have more on the review than that first line but Unilocal won’t even let me post it until I add more characters. So… Pass. Eat elsewhere. Spend your money in OTR or the banks. Honestly potbelly is better which is right next door.

Dropped by for lunch for the first time, attracted by the open-​air seating. I was pleased to discover a $ 5 lunch special (which is apparently a daily thing on weekdays). The special was for a grilled chicken sandwich that was well seasoned and all around fantastic! The service was prompt and courteous, and the location couldn’t be better. I’ll be back!

We came for brunch because it was close to the Westin where we were staying. Plain and simple take a drive or a walk and go further. There has to be something better. Let’s put it this was it was food.
The Bloody Mary bar was a good deal and a huge selection but you can’t exactly screw up liquor!
We both got steak and eggs. I ordered medium on my steak and got rare. My eggs we barely sunny side up! Like raw with whites not even solid. Yuck!!! Fortunately my husband traded his for mine. At least his whites where done but the yolk was still almost all runny.
My advice which I will heed next time is don’t go here for brunch!
