The food is McDonalds. Not expecting the best food ever. But they have messed up something in the the last 6 orders I’ve had. When I went to get a royally screwed order replaced, they got it very wrong again. Not to mention the play place is DISGUSTING. It is always atrocious in there, especially the bathroom.

Service would be faster with waitresses. Busy place. Fewer and fewer people going here because it’s so busy. If only Wendy’s had special sauce they could snap up some of this business. Strawberry banana smoothies for my girls are the only thing bringing me here. Starbucks is faster and not much more in price far higher service level and quality.

Just used the drive-thru. Was asked to pull forward to a parking space to wait for order. I asked the attendant if I pulled up how would I know that she would not forget my order. She responded it was on her screen. Several minutes later a manager came out and asked what I was waiting for, she informed me that my order was not on the screen. I have her my receipt and and asked for a refund. Several more minutes pass and they brought out a bag of food. I sent it back and had to wait even longer for my refund.

Today we went to this McDonald’s, it was «Grandpa’s» McDonald’s. My granddaughter could not get ketchup or sauce for her apples. The line was at at 20 people deep. Don’t go here. We will not.

Maybe the slowest Drive thru I’ve ever seen. Never, honestly never, get meals right. Even today they can’t mark drinks correctly… only go here if you can’t make it to one on Mt Carmel.
