UPDATE: I bought replacement HID bulbs for $ 99 each from O’Reillys, found a garage that would change out my bulbs for $ 55/​hr (they estimated two hours) and today I called my service advisor Steve (from last time.) He said the video I posted with my last review was shown around the service department … as a result, the dealership has made headlight bulb replacement ½ hr for each side. I have my own bulbs and they have agreed to replace them both in one hour, for $ 90. I am exceedingly thrilled that King’s Toyota made solid policy changes in their repair and services due to my review and are
making this right for me and other Prius owners who need to change out a headlight or two for a price far under my initial quote of $ 490. Thrilled. One hundred percent SATISFIED.

Have decent car selection and sales people seems friendly as well. I think if you come here for car service you should always check their website first, a lot of times they have special deals/​coupons available.
Terrible offers for trade in value, better off trying out other places or sale it urself.

I recently bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from Kings Toyota in the Kings Auto Mall.
Pat Loeb, my sales person, was not only professional but detailed during the purchasing process. That sales process itself was longer than it needed to be, however I think that is just the approach.
I was quite impressed with Pat’s follow up after the sale. He genuinely wanted to know that all my questions were answered, and that I knew where to go in the company if I had any additional questions.
That kind of personal attention will bring me back.
