Placed an online order at 5:53pm today (Sunday, Jan. 24) and paid online and was quoted a 40 minute delivery time. At 6:14, I received a call from the store stating that delivery would be an hour and half (from the time she was calling) and wanted to know if that was alright! Um, no, it is not acceptable that the pizza that I already paid for and should have been on the way would be here at almost 8pm! While speaking with the manager, she said oh, well you live close and it’s almost out of the oven, it will be there shortly. WAIT, so the pizza would have been SITTING for an hour and a half??? I don’t know how Jet’s thinks this is at all acceptable in any way. Sad, they lost customers today and very frustrated that I paid online because the order today would’ve been cancelled.

Love having a Jet’s in our neighborhood. Always go for a hand-​tossed choose-​your-​own topping pizza. We like to order from here because they have anchovies and mushrooms. Wish they had spinach as well. The crust is just the right combo of crispy yet fluffy inside. They also do a great job of baking it so that the bottom of the crust is just the right amount of golden brown. Yum! Plus they are within delivery distance!

It’s a chain but the deep dish pan pizzas here are very good. The crust is the best part: thick, buttery, and perfectly fluffy but solid. I would eat it by itself as it would taste delicious even without any sauce or toppings. The All-​Meaty is topped with plenty of sliced ham, sausage, and pepperoni — they don’t skimp on the toppings here! The tomato sauce is flavorful and slightly sweet. Don’t forget the Turbo crust topping which gives an extra burst of garlic, romano, and butter flavoring. Pricier than Papa John’s or Domino’s but SOOOO worth it!

Just a really good, quality deep dish pizza. The ingredients were all very good. The pizza tasted great. The service was top of the line. The counter staff was very friendly and smiling. Greeted each customer. Said thank you. Overall wonderful experience.

Utter deliciousness. You know when everything looks good on the menu, but you don’t even stray from the very first thing you ever ordered because it’s SO GOOD & you can’t bear the thought of not eating it? For me, it’s the deep dish mushroom and bacon pizza with turbo crust. Yes, at Jet’s you get a free choice of yummy toppings or flavors just for your crust. Turbo is a combination of butter, garlic & Parmesan. They have everything from Cajun to poppy seed. The crust is the prize on this ooey gooey pizza. They also have a New York style crust, subs, chicken wings & salads. This location is mainly carry-​out/​delivery, but there are a few seats. The one time my husband and I ate in the cashier/​front of house person was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed & even offering us samples of cinnamon bread pizza. I’m craving deep dish right now!

I’ve only had the deep dish and it’s amazing! I get garlic & Romano crust. Normally the crust isnt the part of the pizza I want to eat but with the deep dish pizza here it’s THE reason I order it. Crispy, buttery, garlicky and dipped in ranch, haven’t ordered anywhere else since.

I’m very sorry to say this, Actually we ordered ‘choose your own pizza’, but I was very disappointed, because pizza taste was not good… It was barely warm, the pizza base is not fresh, I hope pizza taste will improve a lot in the future…

Cheese! Oh, the cheese! I love this place! I have ordered here 3 times already and had great food every time. The cheese is what really makes them stand out! I love the deep dish crust as well (similar to Pizza Hut)! This is mainly a carryout and delivery place. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking for something different and loves deep dish pizza!

This is one of the best non-​local chain pizzas I have ever had.
I ordered because I received a coupon for Jet’s as one just opened up in my area, and had never tried it before. One of my favorite pizza establishments is in Parkersburg WV and called «The Pizza Place». The reason I love that Pizza so much is the cheese and jet’s is the first place I have tried in this area that reminds me of it. The cheese quality is excellent and they don’t skimp, and the sauce is great too.
I ordered the X-​tra Large pan style with just pepperoni, as thats a great way to compare new pizza places, and I loved it. Jet’s is my new favorite in the area, a little more expensive, compares to a LaRosa’s or Donatos in price, but worth it if you want something of that calibur.
