First, this review is long over due. I purchased a one of a kind, custom wedding band from Jordan Stein at Genesis diamonds months ago. What is more impressive is that I never set foot in the store. In fact, Jordan worked with me from several states away; his guidance and updates were extremely helpful in the buying process.
My diamond buying experiences with Jordan can be summarized in one word, absolutely superb. I initially came to interact with Jordan while purchasing a custom diamond engagement ring. Jordan was great at explaining the four «C’s» of diamond buying, not only that, he assisted me in buying the best diamond for the best price. Jordan worked with me on the design of the ring and the process of having it made. Jordan made it evident that you don’t need to spend an arm and a leg for a custom piece of jewelry.

The resizing of the ring took a few days but it was ready quickly, and I appreciated the care they took with it.

So Happy!!! My Husband bought my engagement ring and band at Genesis Diamonds in Louisville, so when I heard they were opening up in Cincinnati I was so glad. I just got home from having my engagement ring cleaned and checked at the new store and it’s so pretty inside. The staff was super friendly and fun, they also showed me some stunning Tacori earrings that I want for Christmas… I can’t wait to go back and visit them again.
