Dillard’s

As with Macy’s, I have quite a bit of difficulty finding things I want here. The only exception is shoes. For whatever reason, I can get down with Dillard’s shoe selection and have spent more money that I should on a nice pair of leather boots or dressy flats. They both have better sales than where I normally shop and my best friend much prefers Dillard’s to Nordstrom. That is the primary reason I find myself here. Another reason I’m not too keen on shopping at Dillard’s is because not once did anyone ask us if we needed assistance. Yeah, I get it. We look young and I’m probably in a t-​shirt with yoga pants, but that doesn’t mean it’s okay for you to casually glance up at me periodically for the 45 minutes we’re in your store. This never happens to me at Nordstrom — yet another reason I choose to shop there instead.

I love shopping at Dillard’s because of their excellent customer service. Today, Peggy in the Misses Petite section was so kind and respectful to my mother. She helped her find a blouse and gave her tips on how to pair the blouse with other garments.

I talked to the ast manager about my expirence and she was nice and very professional.
but the way i feel still stands, unless you want to be talked to like you are scum of the earth do not go to this dillards.

Nice store. The employees were helpful, but there was a crazy sale today, and the store had clothes and shoes all over the floor. This is probably a nice place to shop, just a little crazy for my taste.

I used to work here and I still shop here. You really get good value for your money at Dillard’s.

I have never done a lot of shopping at Dillard’s but I was at Kenwood and decided to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they have all my favorite mid-​range designers of Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Jones of New York, they had an extensive collection of the slightly higher-​end names like Micheal Kors, Tahari, and Kenneth Cole. I also discovered Code Blue jeans. They fit like a dream and not too expensive.
I won’t go as far as saying Macy’s has lost a customer, but just that Dillard’s has gained one.

General wide selection of good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Having lived in a large metropolitan area before, shopping here is a little limited.

I feel like Dillards doesn’t get alot of credit like Macy’s, Kohl’s, or any other department store. I think they have great sales. When it’s swimsuit season, they have a great selection and reasonable pricing.
Alot of my friends like to shop the shoe section which I agree!
