Chick-fil-A

I usually stop in Chik Fil A whenever possible because of the reliable food quality and service, but this restaurant is exceptional even by the usual Chik Fil A standards!
I have been in this store about 6 times and I have always been impressed.

In the realm of fast food, this is a good place to stop along Beechmont. However, in the realm of Chick-​fil-​a, this is by and large the worst one in the area. The fries are consistently either soggy or very salty, the sandwiches have the tendency of being old, and the lobby closes at 9pm unlike all other CFAs that leave their lobby open for the duration of the day.

5 stars for the fact they do what they do very well, I mean it’s a fast food place, but they’re typically quick and with great customer service. Can definitely get packed around lunch, but that’s literally every chik fil a in the city.

Yeah … good food. My spicy chicken sandwich was an awesome tasting tender large full chicken breast with everything on it. The wafer style fries were great dipped in the many different flavors that were offered. Service was friendly, up beat and helpful. Place was immaculately clean with plenty of seating and a play area for the chickadees to burn off some energy. What’s not to love!

The food was good, and the staff was friendly! Their drive thru line was a bit long, but their food is worth the wait.

The food is great. As with every other Chick-​fil-​A I have visited. So, 3-​stars for the food…
However, this establishment’s customer service was, by far, the worst I’ve experienced at a Chick-​fil-​A. I’ve been to this chain all over the country, and the employees are always smiling, offering to help and I always see at least one person keeping the place tidy. Not here. Every table was dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, there was barely anything stocked, and there wasn’t one napkin in the dispensers. A patron had to ask for napkins, and she graciously offered to place the stack next to the dispenser. With ZERO customers at the counter, still, nothing in the dining room was being attended to.
While waiting on my family’s food, a patron approached the counter because he got the wrong item. He ordered a grilled chicken club, but received a grilled chicken sandwich. When he finally got a worker behind the counter to assist him, the worker produced a container that had bacon in it, then a sleeve that had a piece of cheese in it. Instead of taking the sandwich back and making it right… The trademark «my pleasure» here, just didn’t seem authentic as it has elsewhere. I don’t like giving poor reviews, but this place sadly disappointed me.
Maybe they were short-​staffed tonight, maybe something happened to make them so melancholy and unfocused on the customers… I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. But it may be a while until I revisit this location, at least to dine in. Again, food, as always, A+! And the music was fantastic.
EDIT: Upon leaving the restaurant, the on duty manager and one other employee were cleaning up the condiment area, stocking and taking out trash. I’ll chalk our experience up to a lack of proper staffing.

I truly enjoy Chick-​Fil-​A!!! I can get a chicken sandwich just about anywhere. What keeps me coming back to this restaurant is their customer service, it is above all others. The restaurants are always immaculate! And let’s face it; if someone cut me I’d bleed Chick-​Fil-​A Sweet Tea!!!

I love the spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-​Fil-​A! The waffle cut fries are delicious as well, especially when they are piping hot and fresh. Very high quality for fast food. The service is always friendly and prompt. This location is always clean, and has a play area that makes me wish I were a kid again. As a note, it is not open on Sundays.

Wish I could find something about this place to bash… it’s just SO good. I LOVE the Chicken. I love the Chicken Salad. I love the Chicken Soup. I love the Waffle Fries…
Ok, so it’s processed, fried, fast, food made from icky little birds known as chickens. Yes, it’s a chain. Sorry, but the fact that they won’t open on Sunday… amen brother! Maybe I’ve fallen under the spell of the people in the cow suit but I vote CHIKN!
I wish more places were this clean, this nice and this friendly to kids. It’s great that we get free drink refills and ice cream — without asking! And it helps that we get free food everytime we turn around because that crazy cow keeps giving my kids coupons! We run a 5K, we get free nuggets. We play football, they give out free sandwiches. We buy AMAZING milk shakes, they donate 10% of our order to an area youth sports team. Yeah, CHIKN…
I can’t complain about a community focused, God fearing fast food joint in my neighborhood except to say, «I wish we could bike there!» :)

I have had better food at lebos bar nasty chicken sandwich

Great management, great customer service, great food, clean store on top of a friendly staff. I have been there probably 50 times. Never had a disappointing visit. They have newspapers to read, WIFI to use
I have had salads, wraps, milkshakes, soups, nuggets, strips, sandwiches, fries all great. If I ever had something to my liking; maybe fries wasn’t hot enough for me; no problem getting a replacement.

This chick-​fil-​a is a particularly nice one, the workers are extremely friendly to everyone, but especially children.
I love Chick-​Fil-​A because I love places that have vegan french fries!
Another absolutely great feature is that the kids play area is sound proofed! So you can still see in and watch, but you can not hear them. It’s amazing.

So you really want chicken on a Sunday? Well screw you, cause it’s the Lord’s day and Chick-​Fil-​A doesn’t care about your cravings!
To be fair — the chemically-​enhanced taste is amazing, and if you’re going to try to proselytize, I’d prefer it be done with fried chicken and waffle fries, but I still can’t get behind this cult parading around as a fried-​chicken establishment. Cause if John could re-​write 3:16, he’d amend «for God so loved the world…» to add «so much so that he wants you to eat frighteningly processed fried chicken every day but Sunday.»
I think I’ll be siding with the Colonel on this one — for he lovingly served America — even on Sundays.

Normally I’d say a chain is a chain, but this one goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and other stores should take note.
Whether drive-​thru or dine-​in, the service is friendly, fast and accurate (and I go more times than I’d like to admit). When I’ve dined-​in and used the wifi (which is the fastest in the area), the staff will offer refills — just a little something extra that’s nice!
It is a small thing, but I like that in the drive-​thru I never have to ask for mayo, ketchup or dipping sauce they always, always, always offer it. The one in Florence you have to ask or you go without!
Also, it is a nice surprise to see the owner/​operator Chuck Perkins working the drive-​thru or register.

Okay… four stars for a chain fast food joint? Huh?
Well, I’m pretty partial to Chick Fil-​A chicken sandwiches and waffle fries anyway, but Unit #1 957 is a standout among the franchise and fast food establishments world-​wide. Even during a busy lunch rush, this place is still fast, efficient and friendly. Really! The folks that are working here seem to enjoy their jobs and their enthusiasm shows.
A kind employee approached us when he saw my son eating from my waffle fry container. «Would you like a place mat, young fella?» he asked, unfolding a plastic mat that adhered to the table. This small gesture spoke to the store’s high quality management.
The floors are clean, free of debris, tables wiped down, condiments stocked – I don’t remember that last time I went to a fast food restaurant that could boast about all these characteristics.
