By far the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We had issues with their online order system and instead of making it right and dealing with the issue on their backend the Assistant Manager Morgan Cotes was rude and not helpful. She refused to fix the problem because it would affect«her money». Now, I have to wait until the morning to call Taco Bell to get a refund for my prepaid order. She refused to give me her name and the phone number to call to get the issue fixed so I had to get it from one of her employees. I hope the GM Joyce Peters knows what a horrible manager is running her store.

This has become my new go-to Taco Bell since moving to the Anderson area. It is one of the newer buildings on Beechmont, so it has fresh and current looking curb appeal. There’s enough parking here and plenty of space for drive-thru lines. Inside you’ll some very loud and colorful artwork, a mix of low-top and high-top tables, and a very clean feeling. I was going through the drive-thru recently with my pet beagle Tobie sitting in the passenger seat. When the lady at the window saw Tobie, she turned back to the kitchen and asked for some chicken. I thought she was getting it ready for the next order. When she handed me my food, she put the little side cup of shredded chicken in there too, telling me it was a treat for the dog. That was very nice. Generous customer service like that is unforgettable.
