I purchased my first cheesecake from Hollis several months ago, and he has had my business since. The quality and detail put into these products is unmatched. This last one (a two-tiered tiramisu) exceeded all expectations. The presentation of the cake was worthy of a magazine cover. As to the taste, I was left just as pleased. Due to a family emergency, the cake had to sit in our refrigerator for three days before we could cut and serve it. Even after this unintended extended refrigeration, each person who partook involuntarily slowed their chewing to fully enjoy each bite. And once the cake was cut, it didn’t stay around long.
Simply put, I now have a go-to baker: Cakes By Hollis, LLC. Once you use him, you will too.
