Microsoft Store

This was the 3^rd stop I had made in trying to get my Surface Pro 3 bug issues figured out and they were so knowledgeable and helpful! Shout out to David E for patiently answering all my questions, going through all my options, and just being overall courteous and knowledgeable. They called me to keep me up with all the changes happening with my laptop and I was so grateful for all their help. Kicked Geeksquad’s butt as far as customer service and knowledge goes. Very happy with my experience.

The staff is very helpful and knowledge of their products. I was recently having trouble with my HP laptop and they kept it over night, fixed all of the issues and updated it all free of charge! Even though I did not purchase it from them and it was a few years old. 6 stars for customer service!

I have visited here many times just last week I purchased my first windows phone the staff were quite possibly the most hospitable staff I have ever seen in an electronics retail store. The store is a really fun place just to stand in and look around at the huge wrap around jumbo display everything in the store is touch screen too, Microsoft has and is making extensive improvements to compete with there rival Apple and there hard work is starting to show… it’s nice to feel like your wanted as a customer thanks for being so helpful…

I went in to ask about my options for wiping the OS on my netbook and reinstalling windows without a disk drive. The staffer told me there were a couple of ways to do it but suggested that I bring it in and they would do it for free… I said yes of course and proceeded to do exactly that with great results.

It’s a MicroSoft Store. Take an Apple Store, and imagine Microsoft products and staff that wants to emulate Apple, and Voila! ~ MicroSoft Store.

Gone are the days of moshing your way through Macville to speak to a Genius at the Bar in the back of the store. Enter Microsoft, where you’re partnered with an expert as soon as you walk in the door.
Located on the second floor near the Cheesecake Factory entrance, the Microsoft store sports a similar style and layout like its Apple counterpart. It’s currently only one of three Microsoft stores in the Midwest (the others are in Illinois and Kansas.)
I stopped by the store to check out the new Windows tablet, Microsoft Surface, to see how it compared with the iPad. I hate crowds, and this place was swarming with customers. Fortunately, no sooner did I step one foot inside, I was greeted by Eric H. who had a Surface in hand.
Eric found a bench for us away from the mother with three screaming kids and introduced me to the gadget. While he explained all the features, I also had the chance to scroll through the touch screen, snap together the detachable keyboard, and ask a bunch of annoying tech questions. He was very patient, thorough, and most importantly, honest.
While I didn’t make a purchase that day, I’ll definitely be back to pick up the Surface Pro when it comes out in a few months. Thanks to Eric H., I was able to find a product that perfectly fit my needs.
