So I called this post office to ask them about sending a letter from my home mailbox internationally. I asked them how many stamps it would take to send a letter to that specific country. The lady who answered the phone was rude and very lazy. She said that she doesn’t know and I would have to come in to find out the price. Then I asked her if this was the post office? And it took her a few seconds before she could answer with, «yes, it is.» I asked her if she doesn’t know then who does? She said the clerks know so I would have to come in and get in line for a simple answer. That’s just ridiculous… So I called another usps(NW5th st) and got an immediate answer. Stamps as of 2013 are .46 cents each and to mail a standard size envelope it is $ 1.10 for that specific country that I asked for. Was that so hard? Did I have to drive to the post office just for a quick answer??? I’ve done service at this post office before and they were good, but that lady today really pissed me off.
