When I lived here I didn’t have any issues except a bad hair cut ;) No issues with the staff and the products offered more flavors of the brand than what I typically find at places like Target. But hey this is a beauty specialty store so it makes sense. The points system helps out every once in a while as well. I’ve had a couple bad or not so great experiences, but they didn’t overshadow all the previous help and recommendations I received otherwise.

Rude staff. Seems to me that an overhaul is needed. The two females I encountered were lazy and were more interested in their conversation than in the customers who were in the store. Evidently I disturbed them by asking a question. One of them actually had to move from behind the counter. I have been a loyal Ulta customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. I won’t return to this location. Norman is where I will go from now on as I have found the associates there have much more class and interest in doing the job they’re there to do.
