My review seems to have been removed, so I am reposting. Beware… This is the dirtiest shop I have ever seen. I went for the first time two Weeks ago for a pedicure. The foot basin had what looked like skin debre in it. I told the manicurist and she told me not to worry, they use liners. I asked her to rinse it out anyway! The arms on the chair I was sitting in had nail dander all over it. The chair remote had some type of gunk hardened on it. The floors throughout were not sweeped and they were filthy… All the while several nail techs were sitting around waiting on clients! I didn’t stay… I won’t ever go back!

I came on Friday with my friend for my birthday and they like to upsell you every service they have. I told the girl doing my nails that I wanted the white tip and I ended up getting the solar pink and white. That’s not what I asked for. I have already broken 3 nails since coming in on Friday. Having to now go get them fixed. I also got a pedicure and my polish is already chipping. Not a happy camper!

Worst mani/​pedi I have ever received and most expensive also. I live in Chicago and can get a mani/​pedi including a hot stone massage on my legs and arms for max $ 32. Here I got the basic mani/​pedi and was out in 35 minutes, which has never happened. To properly give a good mani/​pedi usually takes about 45 – 60 min. Tech was sloppy, hurried, clearly took no pride in his work, and could not even paint my toes properly. He painted my cuticles it looked as if a young child was painting my nails. I think my 6 year old niece would have done better. I obviously did not tip and the cashier looked at me with disgust to which I told him I tip if you provide even just a decent job. Your tech did not!!!

I will never be visiting this place again. I went on a Saturday morning, and had the worst service. They got my daughter and I in for mani-​pedis, and they started on my daughter first. The same lady did both her mani and pedi. Then, a gentleman did my pedi, and another lady showed up to do my mani. I showed the gentleman the design I wanted at least twice, and he still found a way to mess it up. But he kept trying to sell me something I didn’t want, an upgraded manicure, an upgraded pedicure, even an eyebrow wax. I could barely understand him, so I kept having to ask what he was saying. Two days since then, and every single one of my nails is chipped or completely peeled off. I paid 76 dollars for our services, which is insane. My daughter’s was as much as mine!
I felt extremely rushed through. The place was a mess, dirt covering the floor, things all unorganized. Think twice before coming here to get your nails done.

I felt rushed and forgotten about several times. Poor quality. I had to shape/​file my own toe nails when I got home.

never never may i say never go here. ever. worst possible service in history? Keep asking do i want this or do I want that. No I asked specifically for what I said. They are not concerned with service and do not pay attention to detail at all. Rush through it uggggggghhhhjj words can’t describe

5 stars if price was lowered. They listen and provide options. Clean place and speak great English. When they are with you, they give you attention. Was refered by friends and their nails look great and so do mine! Sola nails– $ 21 fill and my full set $ 46. Every few months a full set will be needed

Horrible! I got the no chip manicure and my nails look terrible AND I paid $ 10 more than I normally do. The lady did not understand what I was saying – she asked the same question about 4 times and I kept giving the same answer. I had a friend with me and was having to try my HARDEST to not start laughing. I could only leave the color on for a couple of days it was so bad. It was all over my skin and almost seemed chunky on my nails.
Go to Nails by Helen by quail springs mall and get your moneys worth. I would give this place a negative star if I could.

I’ve been going to this place since it opened but my mom and I decided to go somewhere else. Well the day before school started I got my first Solar Nails done here, the guy hurt me so much while «smoothing» the nail! And when I asked how to take them off he just kept saying «you don’t take them off. You fill them». I was very disappointed! I’m NEVER going here again! The guy accidentally missed my nail and got my skin and it started bleeding and he kept on working! That’s gross! What if he uses that on the next person??? Why the crap did I pay $ 45 for this? All the solar nail had was a hint of glitter you can’t even see!

This place was terrible, I was talked into a 36.00 upgrade for what?! All the girl did was slap oil & green stuff on my feet, she didn’t even rub them into my feet. My toenails are all jagged & there is polish on the sides of my toes. I feel like they were all in a rush to get to the next customer. I cannot believe I paid this much for a pedicure! I have paid less for more than what I received here. And the water I soaked my feet in was cold. Never again!

This nail spa was decent the first time I went with my friend, but today it was pretty awful. The nail techs seem clueless. They used a callus shaver on my foot and then proceeded to use the SAME blade on my friend’s foot without doing anything other than dunking it in the gross water she’d been soaking her feet in. That HAS to be against some kind of health codes. I just really really hope they hadn’t used it on anyone else before us who had diseases or anything. They also will try like hell to upsell you on all sorts of other treatments. I’m pretty sure the guy who did my toenails even commented that I should have my eyebrows done. HELLO, I just had them threaded last week and they look incredible. No joke, ask anyone! Next time I’m in OK and need a pedicure, I’ll suggest my friend and I go somewhere else. For $ 26 you can get a way better pedicure elsewhere without the rudeness and ridiculosity. My toes look OK now, but I can get an OK pedicure for a better price at a place that cares more about cleanliness and customer service.
