Nice place, quiet with large patio, tucked away on the edge of the Brick Yard. Pizza crust was my all time favorite. Nice bite with just enough chew. Great flavor. We had the American pizza with a side salad, both were excellent and the service was very good. My new pizza goto in OKC.

Great little pizza joint on the other side of the tracks from brick town. Very good oven fired pizzas. Fresh ingredients, wife an I took a break from the ordinary and had the truffle shuffle hitch was quite tasty. Kids had BYO cheese and pepperoni sausage. Both were good and the kids wolfed them down.

Neat place for good pizza. The restaurant belongs in Portland essentially, with the ambiance. Decent beers available, the beet salad was unique and good(a little too many beets). We had the Italian stallion and truffle shuffle. Delicious! I love brick oven pizza. The crust is always just how I like it. My reason for the 4 stars is because when I walked in, we happened to walk by a waitress waiting on an order from the man who was cooking. She was particularly rude about the wait. «Hey. Is ____ready yet… It’s been a while.» *sassy and rude voice* I don’t care HOW long someone is taking. You should never speak to a co worker that way, especially when customers can hear your attitude. Classless. Please learn how to handle situations in which someone is struggling. Which he didn’t actually seem to be — our food arrived quickly.

Great pizza and value for the money. I ordered mine to go and was pleased with the quality of the pie. And I’m a pizza snob. Will definitely be back.

Their crust is to die for! However their searing kind of feels crammed. The pizza although not great isn’t bad either. It has this weird way of building on your tastebuds and then letting you down. Hopefully that makes sense. Still a cool place you should check out!

Downtown location without the pretentious vibe. Live music, cold beer and a menu that fits. I travel and eat alone most of the week — so I appreciate a place that makes«one» feel welcome. I ordered the Italian Stallion and it lived up to its name. Hand made sausage, fresh fennel — this is a good pie. The crust is soft but has the char I expect on a hand crafted pie.

Pizza was great! Service not so much. Our draft beers came out the same time as our pizza. Our waitress took 30 minutes to bring our check. She had no sense of urgency. The wait staff is lacking.

Have always enjoyed the pizza here and the other location. The Italian stallion is great and the crust is what pizza should be. Took it to go this time and was still great!

My first visit to this location of The Wedge. We ordered the Italian Stallion and a BYO with herbed EVOO sauce, fresh mozzarella, figs, capers and minced garlic. Ordered some COOP’s beers and Italian soda to drink(nice that it was the same price as the commercial sodas). Everything was delish! I’ll pass on the minced garlic next time… it was clumped on the pie(like spoonfuls dropped on each slice). It was a little much, I wish it would’ve been sprinkled instead of dropped. Our waitress was so sweet. I don’t remember her name, she had green hair… super cute, super sweet… but we were the only table on the patio and I felt like she forgot about us. We had to go in and ask for silverware and water refills. She was super apologetic. Didn’t affect her tip. I was a server once and know how it is to have that one table out of your station. I love that they have an herb garden out front. The flavors are so fresh! The crust was so good, very fresh, the perfect balance of soft and chewy. I am craving it right now and it’s after hours :(

On the outskirts of Bricktown, The Wedge offers a wholly adequate pizza experience. Our waiter was friendly, the service was quick, and the pizza tasted fine. I was impressed with the beer selection: lots of choices from Oklahoma breweries, with options on tap or bottled, and pick-your-own flights available. I split the Italian Stallion with a friend. It was a good size for the two of us, a little greasy, and the flavor combinations just didn’t «click» for me. The meat seemed insubstantial, the cheese unevenly melted. The crust was excellent. This was not a gourmet experience, but it was a step up from the big national pizza chains and it had some local charm. Not a bad option if you’re in the area.

I’ve been to this location twice so far, and needless to say I will be coming back. I’ve had the brisket pizza, the Italian Stallion, and their wedge bread, which is my favorite part of the meal! The pizzas do not disappoint. I’ve also had their pasta in case you aren’t a pizza person, and their meatball Alfredo pasta was delicious! I particularly love this location because of its location and surroundings in this part of downtown OKC. The only part I’m not always satisfied with is the service. Sometimes it takes a while to get the check, but that’s understandable. However, I used a groupon once, and the server automatically added gratuity to a bill for a table for 3. When I asked him about it, he responded saying he «didn’t trust Groupon users.» I was rather offended by it because I tip from the total of the meal rather than the discounted price, and he should not have made that assumption and added my tip to the bill.

This was a really good meal. From the start walking in, to the appetizer of prosciutto and pear to the fig and prosciutto on my pizza. — They have personal pan size pizzas and as a growing boy I went with the full size 8 slice and polished it all off.(No regrets) The food is great, portions are very hefty, and the price is comparable to what you would spend at a chain. I really think you need to come.

My husband and I were so excited to try this place! It had some decent reviews from co-workers. We have ate at some really good pizza places and some that are not so good. This — falls into the not so good category. The ambience was pretty cool, the service was good. The pizza, well, that was meh. Meh, meh, meh. It didn’t taste horrible, it just didn’t have a taste. We got the large half Italian Stallion, half Margherita. There. Was. No. Flavor. None. We also got Cesar Salads… again, no flavor. I did taste the lemon in my water, so that was a plus. I also tasted the Ranch that I finally broke down and asked for so we could dip our unflavored crust. We won’t waste our time here again. There are so many other options in OKC that tantalize the tastebuds!

Wedge Pizzeria is one of the best pizzas I’ve had, I’d definitely recommend it! Vegan pizza looked outstanding! Fresh fig, pear and arugula! My kids loved it!

Off the beaten path this place is not to be missed. We started with the wedge flatbread with marinara sauce on the side and the sauce was amazing. The flatbread was a little undercooked but in my opinion it was a perfect doughy texture. For pizza, we ordered The America Pie and while the flavor was missing something it was still delicious. What really made the pizza here was the dough and marinara sauce.

Outstanding service. Ask for Lauren, she rocks it! The menu is awesome and the food is fresh and incredible. Always have the flat bread appetizer. The sun dried tomatoes are the best! I am very impressed! The atmosphere is very trendy and fun.

This place was beautiful when we first got there. I was impressed with the exterior. Ordered the balsamic mozzarella salad and the truffle shuffle pizza. The salad was very meh. the mozzarella didn’t have any flavor. the truffle shuffle pizza had too much truffle oil. Overall, this place was decent, maybe we ordered the wrong things.

Quick Takeaway: Charming and quaint little pizzeria within the Bricktown District in Oklahoma City. They serve up fresh pies with your choice of fresh(local) ingredients. Super Casual Atmosphere with a college/young vibe to it. Worth it? Yes! A) They make their own dough from scratch everyday. B) They really try to use local ingredients as much as possible. They grow some of their own herbs in their own garden. Green Thumbs = Tasty n’ Fresh Grub! They get Bonus Points for these two items alone. I enjoyed my VEDGE Pizza and Prosciutto Wrapped Pears w/Goat Cheese and Arugula. I added marinara sauce to mix — The VEDGE normally comes with some sort of crushed garlic and prefer pizza with loads of marinara. The VEDGE had mushrooms, red bell peppers, crushed garlic, ricotta cheese and artichokes and I really enjoyed my pizza. The miss was on the Prosciutto Wrapped Pears w/Goat Cheese. The Prosciutto they used was awfully fatty. In fact, I ended up tearing the non-fatty pieces off it and then rewrapping the pears. Not too big of a deal and I included photos of all items ordered for your Unilocal pleasure. I still enjoyed the pear and goat cheese combo on top of the bed of arugula– fresh and crunchy with a bit of creamy goat cheese — delish. Service: The gal waiting on my table was sweet. She was prompt and never let my fresh brewed iced tea hit the empty mark. She checked in after the food was served and had a smile on her face throughout my dinner. Two thumbs up for the service. Bottom-Line: Treat-Yo-Self to this pizza. I liked my pizza and would rate this place a solid 3.5 Unilocal Stars(I rounded up since service was attentive and friendly). I’m spoiled with amazing food in Las Vegas and would say I have a pretty high bar on food. I didn’t find this place to be spectacular like the pizza we have back at home. However, I would defiantly rate it a nudge above A-OK and would return if I’m ever in the area. Fresh Pizza — Fresh Dough– Fresh Garden Veggies– I’ll take it! Hot Tip: Be sure to Check In on Unilocal and you’ll save 10% off your total bill! Holla’ for Unilocal Deals!

I love Bricktown. There’s so much to do in that area. One of the main concepts, food. I’ve heard about The Wedge before & I love pizza so why not?! I went ahead & created my own pizza. You get a lot of it customizing comparing to what’s already on the menu. You can’t lose either way. Pepperoni, Italian sausage & pancetta was my combination. Roasted garlic as my sauce(incredible). They’re brick oven pizzas, my next favorite to deep dish pizza. It came in 8 slices, more than enough. I tried their Tuaca Mule as well, the best mule I’ve ever had thus far! A vanilla orange liquor played a part of it, very tasty. My waitress was one of the best. Seriously. I liked the shirt she had to(I won’t mention what it said). Good atmosphere. If it wasn’t so hot, I would’ve sat outside but she(Lauren) managed to give us a good seat to where we would have a good great view of Bricktown.

Starting off we had a big party and they were very accommodating. That started things off well. Then when we arrive the smell made our stomachs begin rumble. The smell of freshly made pizza will do that to you. We sat down and were greeted by our server who helped us move thru the menu. We picked 4 different styles of pizza and where very pleased. My favorite was the prosciutto and arugula with figs. It was awesome! The saltiness of the prosciutto was perfectly complemented by the sweetness of the figs. Service was great — food was awesome nuf said.

This is the third time that I have been here. The pizza just seems to be better each time that I come. We used our Keep It Local card for free wedge bread. The bread was very good. Our favorite appetizer is the prosciutto pears with goat cheese. These are a unique appetizer I have only seen here in OKC. We also had the Naploi pizza for the first time. This is my favorite pizza I have tried from here. When the season permits they us some of there own homegrown herbs and tomatoes which is very cool and a trending concept in the OKC area. This is one restaurant you have to try on a visit to OKC. The only downside to this place is it is very small and lots of people like this place and the waits can be very long. Also, parking in the Deep Deuce area is a nightmare.
