Not at all happy about refusal to accept my travel mug. Called it a «health code violation», never had a coffee shop cite this. So they give me a paper cup(with plastic cap, which is funny cuz it’s clear I’m using a travel mug,) so I immediately dump it into my mug and throw away the cup. Such a waste.

Service is hit or miss but generally friendly. I don’t love their coffee but it’s the best served at OKC airport so it’s where I eventually return. I usually order an Americano because the coffee is what I call«Oklahoma style»(weaker) than what most of the world drinks. I like their upgraded seating area but have never lingered because I usually need to go elsewhere for something to eat with my coffee as the selection of baked goods is always very limited.

Overpriced coffee stop in the Will Rogers Airport. Nothing stands out to me. Coffee in carafes. Overpriced morsels. At least there is some nice seating… but the whole airport has abundant seating. Location next to the restrooms is not the end of the world, but it makes for extra traffic. I feel like service is hit or miss depending upon who is working. I typically wait until I get to DC or O’Hare to grab some coffee… but sometimes you do what you have to.

Very friendly staff and quick service. From the time I placed my order until pick up was less than 1 minute. I ordered one of their tropical iced teas($ 2.55 for a large) and my hubby got their daily drip coffee($ 2.60 for a regular). Though the simplest things on the menu they were tasty and hit the spot. The tropical tea was especially delightful and the pellet«Sonic» ice was a nice touch. We enjoyed our drinks on their cushy leather couches away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the airport. If you are in a hurry they offer several drip coffees at a grab and go station for $ 3 a cup that you pay on the honor system in a box. I think that their prices are well welcomed in an airport where most prices are jacked up. I will be back.

Awful place — waited in line and then woman said she was taking lunch — will never be back

Love coffee bean and this is the only one in okc. There was only one person working which was not enough for the busy airport. Took about 20 minutes. But the woman that was working was super friendly and worked quickly. They need to get more people so they don’t lose her.

Can’t believe that an Airport has a café with only one person serving… It took 20 min to get a capuchino and a scone. It is 7 in the morning. Are you kidding me? Coffee was pretty good, though.

Due to the manager working 5÷17÷15. Only wanted to harass customers. Complete jerk and I wasn’t the only commenting on his rudeness.

Not a bad mocha. Only option in the airport it seemed for a cup of Joe to get the self loading cargo up for possible disastrous travel ahead. No Starbucks but not bad.

Visited here last year while waiting to fly out and had the Scottish Breakfast latte and a banana. The tea was delicious, and used vanilla powder, which made the entire thing have a vanilla and almost caramel flavor. I was tempted to go back in line and buy a bag of the tea from the stand that was near the front. I returned last month hoping to get the same thing. I once again ordered the Scottish Breakfast latte. This time I was given the option of chocolate or vanilla powder, but I opted to stick with vanilla. I couldn’t find the fruit and the woman said they didn’t sell it. Pastry options were very limited(as in they hardly had anything left and it was only 7am). I got a croissant, but it was cold and kind of stale, as if it had been simply refrigerated after not selling some previous day. I was going to buy a bag of the tea this time, but wasn’t able to since they no longer had the stand with the bags to sell. It’s probably a good thing, however, since the latte was not good. It was bitter(possibly overbrewed) and definitely lacked that vanilla/caramel flavor it had last time. The vanilla powder left a very weak flavor. I didn’t even finish half of it before throwing it out. Being that this is the only coffee place in the airport, expect the lines to be relatively long and to wait a few minutes for your drink. The airport needs to at least get a Starbucks; I’d definitely choose that before Coffee Bean if available there.

I still cant believe this. I travel a lot for work and I frequent many airports and when I went to the only coffee place in the OKC Will Rogers Airport at 6:00 pm and the girl snapped at me that they were closed. I almost said are you kidding me! Airports tend to have places that stay open as long as the airport does especially a coffee place! I never thought I would say this, but perhaps Starbucks should move in.

I am in the airport as we speak and there is a sign on the register that says be back at 11:15am. It is 10:30am. Really!!! It’s morning at the airport. Don’t you think you should have workers in place??? And this is the only coffee place in the airport. Terrible terrible management.

It’s not bad … but it’s not really good either. I got an Americano and it was par at best. Paid 2.85 for a regular size. At the time there was one person working and the line was long. I waited 10 minutes to get my order. Still better than Starbucks.

So I was one of the first to review this place and initially they sucked. However, the management seems to have cleared out the dead weight and they actually pay attention to customers and ask the little nice things people want to hear(e.g. «this vanilla latte is made from powered vanilla, is that okay»). So, I revise my review to say«average coffee shop, go buy some coffee.»

Read some of the past reviews for CBTL here. Most weren’t positive and focused on the poor service. I had a complete opposite experience. I visited CBTL at about 5:45AM, had the early flight. The guy who took my order was very nice. His coworker also was very friendly. No issues with service at all. In fact, it was quite good. The menu beyond coffee items was limited. I was hoping for an oatmeal but they didn’t have this. Pretty much just pastries and a banana. That was my breakfast. The coffee was fine. All in all, it seems like they took care of the service issues they had in the past. Beyond that, it’s a decent coffee bar. Not like you really have many options in this small airport.

I bought coffee here a dozen times. The customer service is usually terrible. They chat away with one another ignoring the customers. The coffee itself is usually okay, however it takes forever to get. The pastries? Meh… I’d rather have Hostess, oh wait, they’re out of business…

A CBTL is a CBTL. This one had exactly what I wanted. Strawberry tea and vanilla powder for purchase. I also ordered a cherry blossom iced tea. I’ll tell you what makes the CBTL just A-OK. They only have one girl working to run the register, retail, baked goods, and drink making. They at least need 2 employees to keep the line efficiently moving. You’re going to get a consistent CBTL product, but you’re going to wait for it and it’ll be so annoying!

It seems sorta senseless to review an airport location because people have no options when they’re at the airport. Take it or leave it. This seems to be the attitude here. I ordered English Breakfast, and was given Earl Grey. If you’re out of something, just say,” Sorry, we are out of that, but we have something similar. No big deal. Shouldn’t be sneaky though.

Finally! A Coffee Bean in OK. Sure, I’m bummed that I have to purchase a plane ticket and subject myself to TSA X-ray machines just to get an iced coffee, but I love it very much– especially their ice. So far, I’ve only been able to afford 3 iced americanos, 4 if you count the one I’m going to get after I use my return ticket. I could tell on my first visit that they had just opened, and were still working out some kinks, hopefully they’ve got those all worked out by now, but I’ve never had any problem getting what I ordered and having it taste exactly as good as it does at any Coffee Bean anywhere else. I don’t have any severe allergies to any of the like 4 things you’d expect to find in a coffee shop, so I can’t speak to that. I do know, however, that I wouldn’t walk into a pasta shop and order red sauce if I was allergic to tomatoes… Also, there’s a Java Dave’s about 50 yards away if you’re looking for a competitor(I know it’s a big airport…) They are a little expensive too, but surely you don’t go to the airport expecting to save money on anything. The Coffee Bean is one of only about 3 reputable coffee chains in most major cities, the others being Starbucks and Peete’s. I dig Coffee Bean not only for the aforementioned awesome pellet ice, but because they don’t blatantly serve bitter espresso in hopes of selling you something sweet on the side. The best advice I can give is to try it, but I think anyone who spends any time in airports will be appreciative that we have a full service coffee shop in our very own airport now.

I’m sure if I were allergic to milk and someone tried to give me milk like Dr. B, I’d write a one star review. Or if I felt like I was ignored, I’d give a less than stellar review. But I had a nice experience, so I’m gonna go with that. C’mon people, it’s coffee. At the airport. If you want a pour over bar inside the B terminal, I’m going to need you to rediscover Portland and stay there. Employees were attentive, polite and speedy. Our drinks were perfectly prepared and delivered quickly. I think Coffee Bean’s coffee is good, and I like whatever it is they use to give it a vanilla taste. All in, we ordered two milk-based flavored espresso drinks, and walked away five to six minutes later, coffees in hand, with an $ 8 dent in our collective net worth. Maybe I’m missing something, but that’s pretty much what I expect when I get coffee from anything other than a Bunn-O-Matic or a vending machine. And at the airport, I do expect a markup, because providing any service in an airport beyond the security checkpoint is a pain in the ass. But I’m thankful to be able to get a deliciously caffeinated beverage inside the airport terminal that doesn’t involve flavor crystals.
