Truly my favorite Starbucks location for coffee!!! Staff is always friendly and the drinks never disappoint! I make a point of driving I240 just to stop here. Wait time is never bad even when there is a really long line.

Best Starbucks in South OKC/Moore area! The group of baristas here are by far the most friendly and knowledgeable! The recent remodel of the store makes it more comfortable and looks great!

Their new store is FANTASTIC. Wish I could say the same about their workers. They can never take my order down right. I’m so upset.

This great little Starbucks on the south side. Yes it’s a generic Starbucks, but the free wifi and tables both inside and patio make it a great study location. The staff is always nice and helpful. It is in a prime location so does get busy which slows down service but that’s something the staff can’t help.

This Starbucks is the closest one to me and that would be the only reason I come here… They always seem to have their coffees burnt when I’m around and now I just get their juices in the front. I always ask for skinny version and I’m not sure if they realize the no whipped cream aspect but they seem to always forget. One thing I like about Starbucks(not specifically this location of course) is their new mini size. I never really finish my tall frappachinos and this new size is good for me. I realize the price between a mini and a tall is not equivalent to the actually size between the two but I don’t want to waste anything and this size happens to suit me very well. The Starbucks secret menu must be super huge because everytime my husband and I ask for one on that secret menu the employees have no idea and we have to find the recipe for them. It still doesn’t seem to taste like what the recipe suggested though. Wish we had a better one in the long run but until then make another one I guess I’m stuck with this Starbucks

Love Starbucks, been to ones all around the us. This one is your typical Starbucks, nothing fancy. Was nice place to meet/greet and do business. I will return.

Friendly staff and good coffee, but if you hit them right at opening and try to order a hot breakfast sandwich, you’ve got a 50⁄50 chance of hearing«our ovens aren’t ready». Probably need to turn those ovens on as soon as you get in to work folks!

When I pulled up to go thru the drive thru, the line was ridiculously long. It went through 2 parking lots almost back out to Penn! I was thru it in under 10 minutes with a delicious iced coffee and fresh hot breakfast sandwich. The barista was energetic and friendly, the drink was made perfectly and the sandwich tasted delicious!

Service is very good and employees are very nice. The coffee, ehhh. I mainly come here for the sweetness of it. It’s more of a dessert drink to me. Like green tea frap or caramel frap. Had a caramel brûlée frap today, didn’t remind me of a brûlée at all. Only thing brûlée like to me is the little candy toppings they put on the whip cream. Good for quick drink for fun but don’t go if you want real coffee.

This Starbucks lacks some of the ambiance due to it being located in a strip mall of the McArthur to Reno googolplex of big box stores and chain restaurants but you could do worse. The baristas can make a drink deftly and accurately. I would avoid using the drive through at this location due to the MASSIVE noise from I-40 traffic. They can’t hear you at all and then it hits the point they ask you not to yell so I just walk in at this particular location even though they don’t have iOS freebie cards(bah). If you would like to sit and ponder life or do work I would recommend the Starbucks off I-40 in Yukon larger, sunnier and a bit friendlier.

Kind of rude and don’t listen to what you order. Have to make them stop and listen! Then it’s okay!

This is MY to go to Starbucks! The staff is amazing, over the years I have become friends with the staff. My husband I like to go just to chat with Terry. They make drinks custom to order, and always remember my name and order.

Typical Starbucks. Drive thru line was long but quick and the coffee was hot so I can’t complain.

The Starbucks on I-240 and Penn was one of the original stores on the SW side around 2004. I would say it is probably one of the smallest Starbucks I’ve ever visited at roughly 1200 square feet. Its so small that intimate conversations can be heard unintentionally. So if you don’t mind sharing, then speak away or use that mighty smart phone and text your neighbor, partner, date, friend across from you. There is a drive thru for Starbucks afficiendos to grab caffeine on the go and/or prefer not to converse in the store.

i like it here. come here a lot and study. it was kind of a turn off one day when a homeless guy was sleeping in the corner and the manager(i think) swings by and kind of yells loudly to tell him that hes«weird» and should wake up. causing a group of kids to giggle. it seemed like she kind of did it for others entertainment, it was really weird. i mean i agree, its your store and if someones in there sleeping with out purchasing anything, then by all means. but no matter who you deal with you should always be professional about it.

Not a regular here, but last three times I’ve wanted a drink the drive-thru line is a minimum 15 min wait. Hire more baristas.
