Great haircut from Gabriel! Hot towels and other courtesies. Worth any extra driving.

There is a guy here(Damien I think) who spends like 40 minutes cutting my hair super carefully when normally it’s 20 minutes tops. In all other ways, it is a normal Supercuts, but that guy’s attention to detail earns this place a good review, lol.

Now I don’t have high expectations when I go into a Super Cuts for a trim. I’m not too picky about my hair. I don’t spend a lot of time or money on my head suit. So Super Cuts usually works for my particular needs. I really like getting my hair cut. though It’s a relaxing experience that every few months I get to enjoy. But this Super Cuts prompted me to write a review because this experience was NOT up to par. Isn’t it pretty common and customary to sweep the previous person’s hair up before sitting a new client? Maybe it’s not. But everywhere I’ve ever been, that is what they do. They don’t expect me to shuffle through someone’s departed locks. This was not a good first impression. So I sat there on my throne of fur and told the stylist that it had been 2 months since my last cut. I also said that my hair grows pretty quickly. Usually this helps whoever is cutting my hair understand how short I want it to be. Then I said to just use a 6 guard on the side. It’s what I’ve said for the past 2 years. So they’re using the clippers on the sides of my head like they’re sanding a 100 year old staircase. Then my stylist spends about 3 seconds trimming the top before asking «is that short enough?» I’m trying to be nice so I just say please take more off the top. Same thing happens. I had to tell her 4 times to go back and take more off. So after settling for the last round of clipping, I said «It looks good to me.» It was becoming embarrassing. Not your finest moment, Super Cuts. This location blows.
