Subway

3:00pm Monday and I was beyond starving. As I watched the clock tick on, 4:00 hit and I couldn’t stand it anymore. I have never been to this Subway location because it’s always packed during lunch. I also used to work down the street from a Subway in San Diego so when I moved to Oklahoma, it was safe to say I was «Subway-​ed out.» Monday was an exception…
When I walked in the staff greeted me warmly. My sandwich maker was so enthusiastic and friendly that it made me smile! I just wonder if he acts this way during the lunch rush! I ordered a 6″ Veggie on Honey Oat bread. The bread was surprisingly soft and didn’t taste old. My avocado was yummy and the veggies were fresh. Wow. I think I walked into the Twilight Zone.

One of the better subway restaurants in the area. They move quick, becuase they’re used to tons of people at the lunch rush. You’ve been warned.
