Rarely is my coffee ready in under 5 minutes at this location. Employees struggle to make eye contact with customers, much less communicate with each other.

This Starbucks in Penn Square is really convenient in terms of location. It’s usually slammed from all the mall traffic so it’s often not the best place to grab a super fast cup of coffee, but the staff here is so phenomenal. They’re always kind, smile, and hurry as fast as they can.

The service here was terribly slow. Also, the staff didn’t communicate, so orders came out all out of order. My simple espresso– and blender-​free Refresher came after many other customer’s orders who were behind me in line. Worse, the mom/​daughter duo who ordered three ahead of me in line were still waiting for their second drink when I left. A terrible experience.
