Serendipity Prom

Made a trip to help a couple friends with prom dresses earlier today and had the WORST service. There were a few customers but quite a few employees there. None of the employees started a fitting room when we were each holding several dresses, we had to wait for some one to care enough to help. They were doing other things rather than helping the customers which left me and other parents/​friends giving dresses and clearing the dressing room since there was a 3 dress limit. No one stuck around to help the girls get fitted into their dresses. No one helped really for anything. Went to clear out my friends dressing room and once I walked out of the room, the manager was there to rudely tell me I was not allowed in there even after I explained I was putting the dresses on the hangers since no one would help! «Well we have girls for that!!» Bullshit. The worst customer service ever and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. They do not help their customers. Needless to say, we all three left. They lost two customers. Prom and pageantry is definitely the best place we have been. Never going back to this store!

Beautiful dresses, but sizes and prices are insane. I wear a 0 or 2, yet I would have to buy an 8 in these dresses and have the waist taken in just to zip around my boobs. I’m busty, but not over-​the-​top huge. They must cater to high school girls who haven’t filled in. Also, it’s very expensive for something you will wear one time. I’ve seen dresses in there that cost as much as a wedding gown. Bottom line if you are tiny, have no budget, and don’t mind waiting for a parking spot to open up, check it out. Dresses and accessories are very pretty.
