This place is so underrated!!! They are way better than Lee’s sandwiches for banh mis. I highly recommend getting the grilled chicken banh mi or grilled pork. Or get both! They do buy 3 get one free there! The only difference is that they do not use pickled veggies like Lee’s does. But thanks what I like about quoc bao. They only take cash as well, but it’s pretty cheap and you can get 4 banh mis for around $ 13.

Hands down my new favorite sandwich place. The prices are very low as well. Some places charge quite a bit more and aren’t even half as good. Donuts, muffins, sandwiches, or egg rolls are all just delicious.

Best bang for your vietnamese sandwiches! They do a buy three get one free deal. I actually like their sandwich bread better than Lee’s. They also have delicious Thai tea.

My fav. place to get doughnuts in OKC. The dough is heavier then most places providing a nice bite while not being overwhelmingly sweet. Plus you can’t beat the price!

Ok, I have tried Banh Mi sandwiches at several different places in OKC and in Dallas. I must say that they have my all time favorite sandwich here. It is the number 9(meatball/BBQ pork) combo. Really, they have buy 3 get 1 free and I always leave here with 4 number 9’s. Bread is good, fresh and isn’t too hard… won’t hurt the roof of your mouth. I think it is closed on Tuesday’s but I could come here 6 days a week! Highly recommend!

My favorite sandwich place in OKC! Their sandwiches are very cheap and absolutely delicious. They have a buy 3 get one free deal even. Also, every baked good I have tried has been amazing. Try a chicken sandwich, Thai tea, and some macaroons and you will not be disappointed and won’t break the bank. *Cash Only*

Holy banh mi Batman! Ok, cheesy I know, but come on– a banh mi that not only tastes like Vietnamese street food but is priced like Vietnamese street food. Extremely affordable and really hits the spot when you’re craving a good old Vietnamese sandwich. Fast, easy, cheap and delicious– if you closed your eyes while eating you would think you’re on a side street in Saigon instead of a corner in OKC.

I really enjoyed my sandwhich, but I do take issue when I order a GRILLED pork banh mi and you microwave the meat right in front of me. Miraculously it didn’t affect the flavor much. Bread and toppings were excellent. Still looking for my beloved Saigon’s replacement.

Quoc Bao’s banh mi are full of delicious in house Vietnamese BBQ pork, grilled pork, combo ham, beef or chicken. Super cost friendly for how much food you get too. The bakery serves up some tasty treats like muffins and spongecake.

Quoc Bao Bakery is a real cost friendly treat that won’t leave you too hungry afterwards. It’s a bit run down from the outside, but very dank on the inside. Drink selection is a few sodas, soybean milk and a dessert cup called chè. Beware of the soybean milk!!! It tastes off. Also they had a two huge bags of jalapeños in the fridge. I guess they ran out of storage in the back. The sandwich itself was meh. The meat and veggies weren’t properly distributed, with the sour veggies on the innermost part of the sandwich, the meat in the middle and a cucumber and jalapeño barely hanging in there on the lip of the bread. The buy 3 get 1 free deal is a real steal! There are only two 2 person tables to sit at and eat so the dine in experience is not the best. In the parking lot there were huge shards of plastic nobody bothered to clean up either. But if you’re looking to take home the food, that isn’t too big of a problem.

Recently ‘discovered’ this bakery and have been a regular since then. They have the best egg rolls, we always get a couple of bags and some of their good baguettes and the whole grilled duck I ordered for a friend’s birthday was delicious! Haven’t tried the sandwiches yet but the macaroons are nice. A large part of the reason we keep going back is the friendliness and recognition from the owners; extra nice when one’s little local places are getting rare. They are really inexpensive, too.

Having known about Quoc Bao Bakery for a little while now, I’ve debated with myself on whether I should tell others about it. On the one hand, this place is so brilliantly affordable(and delicious) that I wanted to keep it to myself. Selfish, yes, but I don’t care, you’re not my mom. On the other hand, I have known of other amazing places that I didn’t tell anyone about only to have them go out of business due to to the lack of customers. But yesterday, I realized that a number of OKC’s respected Asian Unilocalers had already covered this place in excellent detail… So… Keeping this a secret isn’t an option, I guess… I don’t like carrying cash. For Quoc Bao though… I carry cash. And the amazing part is, I don’t have to carry a lot of cash either because even a $ 10 bill can go so far. How far you ask? + Thai Tea. $ 1.50. Who doesn’t want something so T2 diabetes-inducingly delicious and sweet? And did I mention that it’s $ 1.50? Heck, at that price, even buying two will still be cheaper than buying Thai Tea from anywhere else in the city. + Springs rolls. Five for $ 2.00. Whaaaaaat?! Go ahead, sweet Asian lady with surprisingly excellent customer service. Add it to the total. + Bánh mì. $ 3.00-$ 3.50. Or buy three get one free. Oh geez, you know what, I’ve already failed for today. Throw in a grilled pork bánh mì to my order. There’s a pickled cucumber included(and something spicy), which is different from the standard carrots + daikon combo, but it is so delicious. The only negative is that their baguettes don’t have that crunch that I’ve have come to expect. + Muffins. One for $ 1.00. Or buy three and get one free. Muffins in Asiantown? Why the frak not? It’ll be cheaper than buying cupcakes from anywhere else in the city. On that note, can I just say that some of you people have terrible tastes in cupcakes? You do. I know thems fightin’ words but whatevs, you’re not my mom. Muffins from Quoc Bao Bakery(probably using some incredibly sub-standard ingredients if they’re selling them for $ 1) manage to taste better than cupcakes from places like Cuppies & Joe, Sara Sara, Pinkitzel, etc. That’s right, I said it. Come at me, sub-par cupcake defenders. So the total for my recent visit: $ 1.50 + $ 1.50 + $ 2.00 + $ 3.25 + 1.00 = $ 9.25 + tax = $ 10.02. I had to run out to the car to grab some pennies. I’m not even mad. That’s amazing. Okay, now I need to go work out. P. S. The pound– and sponge-cake muffins are terrible. Get chocolate or get out.

I have been craving for some banh mi ever since I’ve moved here from California. I am so glad I decided to stop by this place. Sandwiches are buy 3 get 1 free. Eggrolls were 5 for $ 2. I am in love with their eggrolls now. I really like the shredded pork sandwiches and grilled pork. Definitely satisfied my craving. Whoot whoot!

The sandwiches here were really good and inexpensive! I’ve tried the pork, meatball and chicken ones. FYI, the meatball isn’t like an Italian meatball in case you were expecting that. Also, ask for no hot peppers(jalapeños, I think) if you don’t want spicy.

I am a fan of the banh mi(traditional vietnamese sandwich) and I go to Lee’s and other places often when I“m in the area. My friend has heard about this bakery and wanted to check it out. I was hesitant because the inside was quite hot and it looked kind of run down. The owner is a very pleasant man! and MAN did he pack our sandwich with a lot of stuff! This place has the best vietnamese sandwich prices I have seen. They have a special if you buy three you get one free all for the price of 10 $. I got the grilled pork and he adds something to make it spicy. Not too spicy but just enough to add a kick to the sandwich. A very nice kick! We also got their shoo cream. It was pretty good but I wish it was a bit more chilled. However, it was an exceptional hot day when we went so I guess I am understanding.

Traditional vietnamese sandwiches! I was craving Banh Mi the other day and decided to give this place a try due to its GRANDOPENING sign. I found out they have only been operating for 3 months. Anyway, to the sandwiches. The meat portion in these sandwiches are great for the price! I see other restaurants sell their sandwiches anywhere from $ 4 to $ 5 and they jip you on what you want. And right now this bakery has a buy 3 and get 1 sandwich free. So, you get 4 sandwiches for around $ 10. My favorite sandwiches are the roasted chicken, roasted pork and the meatball. I am so happy that we have an authentic vietnamese sandwich place because coming from Cali, I miss these on my top 5 list. I really recommend this place to everyone. They have egg rolls too!

Living in Charleston, SC it is hard to find a place that sells good Vietnamese sandwiches, especially for a good price. So when I travel abroad to the cities with a big Asian community I always go and find a place that offers this rare treat for a great price. Compared to the quality of ingredients and overall taste of the sandwiches I have grown to love in California, this fine establishment meets all the criteria of my expectations. I would recommend these delightful sandwiches to anyone visiting the Moore, OK area. Be sure to get the Café Sua Da when you are here too. Translated that means Coffee with Milk and Ice. A tasty treat of French coffee and condensed milk. Strong in flavor and punch to keep you up on the road.

I really liked their sandwiches! Dare I say it might even be better than Lee’s! The bakery itself is not big. The bread they used was very good. It wasn’t too hard and tasted fresh. Ingredients used on the sandwich were of high quality and for the low price of $ 3, you really can’t complain. If you buy 3, you get one free. Muffins were $ 1 and I tried the raisin. They also had blueberry muffins available. It was very moist but there wasn’t a whole lot of raisins inside. It had more of a pound cake consistency and tasted like it too. Overall, I was impressed with the food and look forward to making this bakery my go to place for sandwiches from now on!

They bake their own french bread and it isn’t as crunchy hard as Lee’s. You also don’t leave smelling like french bread ala Saigon. They’re sandwiches cost 3.00−3.75 The menu is small and for their grand opening they ran out of the Pork sandwich so I suggest trying that next time you’re in the area! I ordered the meatball and chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. It comes with a thick piece of cucumber, sprigs of cilantro, pickled carrots. I asked for no jalapenos. No eggrolls here! Just fresh baked goodies, even coconut macaroons! Highlights are– Buy 3 sandwiches, get one free Specials on buying multiple pieces of french bread(exP 3 for $ 2.00) Weekends only: They offer two specialty items– whole duck(19.00) and fried quail(1.75/piece)
