Panda Express

Plenty of parking at the front as a standalone restaurant. I’ve used both the indoor dining area as well as the drive thru. I definitely wouldn’t use the drive thru since I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. Dining is clean and going through the line inside is a lot quicker. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this location for a quick dine in or to go food.

Always fresh excellent food. If you want something and it doesn’t look fresh they will always make fresh. I love this place!

This Panda location is consistently good. It’s really surprising that they can make Chinese fast food taste this fresh!

NICE MANAGER. EXTREMELY RUDE DRIVE THRU ATTENDANT!!! When ordering my food she asked me if there was anything else as I was still ordering! When I called the manager he made excuses for her. The customer is paying for food and is the reason business’ stay in business! Keep it up with that attitude and people aren’t going to want to come back. Ps– it was a girl who was working the night shift on sept 30 2015.

Sheesh. I’ve been waiting in drive thru for almost 15 mins during peak dinner hours, when food should be cranked out to get it out of the window faster. My first time at this location so I’m hoping the food comes out hot and worth the wait. There’s also at least 10 cars in drive waiting. I would leave, but you’re sorta trapped in the drive thru here.
Do yourself a favor and order inside!

The food was as expected for panda, ok, but nothing spectacular.
This location has a nice feature I haven’t seen at other PE — outdoor seating. Nice if you want to escape someone’s screaming spawn.
The odd thing when I visited was that two staff members had their reusable plastic cups occupying the very first table as you walk in. I’m a big proponent of proper hydration, and maybe management won’t let them have cups in the food prep area, but this was just weird and slightly tacky.

Food is so good for a fast food chain. There always seems to be a wait but the food always taste fresh and warm.

Nothing to eat at home so Panda sounded good. Food was hot & fresh, but the service was really lousy. One lady fixed my to go order and then just set it by the cash register. The next BOZO started to ring me up, and I told him I also wanted 4 spring rolls. He turns to another worker to ask if I can buy just 4 of the crab things. Then, he only gives me 2 spring rolls and tries to explain the menu when I question my receipt. On top of it all, I had to ask for sauce. I was not a happy camper when I left, and I will not go back to this Panda Express again!

Food is always delicious.
Unfortunately because of their popularity it takes FOREVER to get your food.
It shouldn’t be called Panda Express because there is nothing quick about it.
Expect to be there for at least 15 – 20 minutes.

The food was available was the food was not hot in temperature.
Next time, make sure your food is hot enough to eat.

I decided to get the Peppercorn Shrimp and Mixed Veggies in a bowl. The girl getting my order reminded me that it costs a $ 1.00 extra for the shrimp. I said that’s fine. She then proceeded to count out five shrimp and gave me the bowl. Five. Shrimp. And a whole lot of vegetables for $ 7.00 ($ 6.93).

Was I expecting too much? Is that where I went wrong?

I loved their Thai cashew chicken when they had it. My go-​to is normally orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp (which is an extra dollar) with noodles or rice, depending on how I feel.
Service is fairly prompt and depending on who’s working, your serving will either me normal proportion or huge amounts!

As a mostly devout health freak and burgeoning food snob, I usually avoid fast food like the plague. However, circumstances led me to Panda Express today and it was pretty darn good.
The chicken I had set out to bake for dinner had somehow developed that «One Way Ticket to the Emergency Room» smell about it, so I had to throw it away. The problem was, I was starving and my blood sugar was low, which tends to put my normally cheerful disposition somewhere closer to the neighborhood of Genghis Khan. So I jumped in the truck and headed down NW Expressway before murderous thoughts took hold.
At this point, one of my flip-​flops in taco sauce would have sounded tasty, but I was burgered-​out so I decided to try Panda Express since it was close. I ordered Mushroom Chicken and Beijing Beef with chow mein as a side along with two chicken egg rolls. Turns out it was pretty tasty — the mushroom chicken especially. Entrée portions are kind of small, and you get a mountain of chow mein to fill up the rest of the to-​go box, but it was definitely worth the $ 9 and change I paid for it. More importantly, my glucose level is back up so I won’t be on the 6:00 O’clock news for strangling the @#$%! doing 40 in the fast lane.

Old food. Empty rangoons. Higher priced than a buffet.

The food is always fresh and tasty. The Beijing beef and the Sweetfire chicken are good, so is the Orange chicken.

What do you expect? It’s Chinese fast food!

Do the words Panda & Express go together? No, they do not, because Pandas are slow.
Asian fast food, including a drive thru! Looks trendy & clean, but that doesn’t compensate for lack of taste. The food is identical to what’s found in every American mall food court, except without the flavor. 2 Entrees & one side for $ 5.99 w/​o drink.
Employees were nothing special either.
