Messy and disorganized compared to the other Old Navy locations in town. Plus, this area has so much traffic and is busy. The few times I have been in here the selection has been picked over — must not be restocking much.

This is my go-to Old Navy location. The store is usually pretty well kept up and I can find what I’m looking for. They have a great selection of new items and always have gems in the clearance section! They run great promotions every few months, so it’s usually worth it to sign up for the emails and then wait for a sale! I especially love finding shoes at this location, I’ve found they have a larger selection of sizes and styles compared with other metro locations. The staff is helpful when checking out, but other than that it’s hard to track someone down to help while you’re shopping. I’ve had luck with asking the dressing room attendant anything that can’t wait until check out. I also love that they sell elf cosmetics at the register. Their brushes and lipsticks are now staples in my makeup bag because I impulsively bought my first few at Old Navy!

EEEEEEEEYYYYYYAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! This is a scary scream because I am in disorganized HELL! As I watch employees chit chat and fold the same tshirt 5 times; the jeans could not be more difficult to attain the correct size if there were riddles attached. MESS!

I used to like old navy, but it seems like their quality and customer service has gone way down hill. Every time I shop there I seem to either have a problem with my card or the clothing. I have a credit card with them which is the only reason I shop there, for the rewards. Well, no more. It’s not even wor th it to me anymore. I’ve been paying more for clothes at Maurices and haven’t regretted it.

Okay… you get what you pay for. I concur with Amanda E. Old Navy is a good place for basics and items that have the seasonal life span of a gnat… thank goodness. High wasted acid washed jeans should have stayed in the 80s along with my childhood crush on Fred Savage. My expectations are appropriate when I come here. Men’s $ 5 Ts, 2:50 flip flops, Women’s Ts under $ 15. I thought I was prepared to be at this particular location, but I was not. I have been to swap meets in Orange County, CA, and yard sales in one-horse towns, estate sales, haggled over beads in Venice Beach, and bought items off a blanket from a woman with no teeth in Mexico. Still, the shopping experience at this Old Navy takes the cake. In fact, I’ve received better customer service at the aforementioned locations and dealings. I came in at 10 am on a Wednesday to get a few items. The store looked like the staff just gave up and said _*** it. Piles of clothes strewn about with no rhyme or reason greeted me at the door. And staff… where were they. I wandered around for 15 minutes before I saw anyone who worked there. Finally, I selected a few things, mainly based on the price slapped on the displays. I made my way up to the world’s most worthless cashier. I had 2 men’s shirts, 1 women’s shirt, a woman’s workout tank, and 2 pair of flip flops. 1 of the men’s shirts rang up the wrong price. The cashier was oblivious to my first question as to why the price didn’t match. She finally snapped out of it and told me that it was more because of the pocket. I said, well there was a whole pile of pocketed shirts on that table. She shrugged. Okay… then she rang up the tank, which was $ 4 more than the advertized signage. I commented and she shrugged. No offer to look up the price, or call a manager to the front… nothing. I told her to take the items off. They lost out on $ 25 more in sales thanks to her«whatever» attitude. This store needs to be overhauled. The staff is lazy or angry and the store looks like a NY trash barge.

I actually do like Old Navy. You can find wardrobe basics here inexpensively and indulge in the occasional trendy wear-one-season-and-donate-to-Goodwill piece without making your budget hemorrhage. If I were reviewing this location strictly on selection and store design, they would do well on both. A range of sizes and styles arranged attractively. The clearance section looks like it was hit by an F-5 tornado but I can’t judge anyone for going a little wild over a bargain. The clothing itself usually stretches out awkwardly after a few washings but they also have cute undergarments, sunglasses, pet accessories, and bags. What eats a few stars from their store is… for lack of a better way to describe it… their sale sign placement. Some of their items are priced averagely and(for the quality– at full price you could do better on some items at Target) only become a good deal when they’re on sale. Now, my reading comprehension ability is fairly decent so I can read a sign and understand it yet when I brought my purchases to the register last time I shopped here, every single thing I had picked up because it was on sale actually wasn’t and the cashier insisted that the signs are clearly marked. Let me tell you, Old Navy, they’re not. And jumbling up all different styles of fleece gloves with a sale sign for fleece gloves and then charging full price at the register is a total bait and switch. Staff needs to make sure sale items are clearly separated from non-sale items and that sign verbiage is clear. Since this is in the giant strip mall across from Quail Springs, it’s usually crowded and Memorial Rd is usually backed up with traffic. If given a choice between placing the Keep an Eye on the Register Total game at this location or shopping online, I’d wait for a free shipping special and give their website a try.
