OKC Scrubbers

I booked an appointment to have our dryer vents cleaned and received an email confirmation right after scheduling the appointment.
We have a new dryer and the warning filter was letting us know that ducts were blocked, and we weren’t able dry anything until it was fixed.
He never showed up and I never heard from him. I called and emailed and did not receive a reply.
Extremely frustrated at the rudeness — my time was wasted and I was left hanging.

We recently moved into a house with all wood flooring except for two bedrooms, which had the ugliest carpet ever in them. The carpet was stained all over and the rooms both stunk. We have people coming into town this weekend so I contacted Sam at OKC Scrubbers and he was able to come out the next morning to clean the rooms! Fast service, I love it. He was very professional on the phone and gave me a quote for my two rooms. When he got to the house my husband and I had made a last minute change and decided only to do one room. They have a minimum 2 room thing but we were totally fine sticking with the quote since we changed things up on them, plus it was only $ 40, still a great deal! Sam arrived on time, was professional and even called to let me know he was at the door because it was early morning and he didn’t want to ring the door bell, talk about customer service! He walked me through the cleaning process which was helpful for me and got started right away. He was able to get underneath the one bed we had in the room because I unfortunately couldn’t move it or take it apart. The service was quick and the floor looks and smells amazing! I’m no longer embarrassed to have people stay in our guest room! I will be contacting OKC scrubbers for all of my floor cleaning needs!

The gentleman arrived on time for our appointment. Was kind and courteous. He was there to clean out or dryer vent. He was quick and did a thorough job. I’m sure I will have no complaints, but if I do… He had it warrantied for up to a year.
We asked him to quote us on cleaning out grout on our tile floors. As he stepped in my house, he removed his shoes. This is huge for me. I would recommend him to anyone!
