We recently purchased an older home — the very old HVAC unit did not function and was way too old to attempt to repair. I determined which brand new unit I wanted then went to the OKC Better Business site to get the names of several firms to obtain quotations from. Executive was one of them. Three firms responded to my request. Executive did the most thorough job of inspecting our old ducting and their recommendation of what was needed made the most sense. They offered the best price on identical equipment by a significant amount. The installation went very smoothly and caused minimum disruption to the tenants who occupy the home. The system works as hoped. Beyond their thoroughness, pricing and professional manner in which they handled every aspect of the transaction was their responsiveness to assistance with other issues with which I have sought their help. As an out of town landlord I really appreciate this above and beyond service. I am happy to highly recommend this company.

I had Executive Air out to fix a problem with my air conditioner. The service tech claimed he fixed the problem. After turning the unit on, the house still would not cool. I craweled under the house and found the problem myself. At this point I called the owner of the company, and he took no responsibility for the failed diagnosis. I just wanted the problem fixed so I asked him to come out and fix the problem. The owner came out to look at the situation. I showed him was was wrong and let him work. He claimed to have fixed the problem and took payment again for the service. Soon after he left I could tell the unit was still not working. I called him and left a message, and I didn’t recieve a call back untill the next day. By this time I was upset and I told them I wanted my money back for their failed service, and they have refused to refund my money. I called a quality service man and explained the problem. He came out and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and for half the price.

Ok, Eddie and his help showed up and completed job when promised for exact price of quote. Showed me old parts, showed me new parts to be installed. Solved my problem of no AC or Heat to master bath and master walk in closet as promised. Another company tried to talk me into a complete duct replacement for 3.5k whereas Eddy told me the rest of my duct work was fine except section going to master bathroom and master bath for just 750 total! Honest, efficient, knowledgable, professional. I’d recommend Eddy to anyone! I’m military so it’s nice to be treated right by a stranger who’s now a friend!

Horrible service. Unreliable and unprofessional. «Eddie» has been«on the job» at my house for five days now, and still no progress. How many days should a simple plumbing repair take? I would fire him if I could get a hold of him. Doesn’t return my calls. I am going to use a different company and I suggest you do the same.
