Very clean place, really nice massage chairs for the pedicures — went Sunday at 1:15pm with a girlfriend and we got in straight away although it was still quite busy. I had a classic pedi with gel costing $ 40 and was there about 30 – 40 minutes. Overall happy with the service(he spent a good amount of times on my nails and massage) and the people were fine; I had read other reviews that they were rude, but I did not experience that!

I love coming here! I only let Tammy the owner do my nails and she does an amazing job. I come here every 3 weeks to month for a pedicure and get my nails done. Tammy is the best. If I accidentally mess up my nails, they fix it with no attitude. Make an appointment to see Tammy. Love the pedicure chairs too! Best place for girls day!

Very clean. Instruments from sterile packages made me feel good about this place. Staff wore gloves which is super awesome! Felt like she was rushing through my pedicure though. Polish wasn’t of the best quality. My search will continue for an all around amazing pedi but I might recommend this place to someone who lives nearby as a good alternative.

Nikki was very hard with my hands. I hurt the whole time she was doing my nails. She was very bossy to me! If you want to get your nails done, do not get them done with Nikki!

Service sucks now. And their work sucks now too. Some skinny guy did my nails didn’t speak to me the whole time and did a horrible job. He put my nails so far up they looked like they where already grown out. I ended up just leaving after paying without getting my nails finished. And finished them at home myself. Never going here again.

I go here nearly every week for a pedicure since they opened. It’s really nice inside, great ambiance, clean and well maintained. It’s a surprise for this area of town. They have awesome massage chairs and always offer you something to drink. I always just walk in and nearly every time they can accommodate me right away. I don’t use any particular tech and have had good experiences with all of them. They have a huge color selection. They do a great job on pedicures and offer a nice leg/foot massage. It has gotten shorter since I started using them but they are also much busier since they opened. I have never used them for a manicure but can say their pedis are great!

Horrible!!! Friend and I went in to enjoy our time and two men worked on us. First, they were extremely rough, so bad that I was bleeding and we got gel manicures and it took them 20 minutes. They rushed through it very fast. Then when I got to my car, my nails look horrible. Not even straight across and the paint was very dull and blotchy. Needless to say, I’ll never go back. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

BYFAR my FAVORITE nail place I have ever been to. I know that may sound exaggerated, but it really is. Tammy(the owner) is EXTREMELY talented and hard-working at what she does. I am a very frequent customer, and every time I go in, I feel as if I am treated like a princess. Everyone is so kind, very friendly. It is always SOCLEAN, and really pretty inside. Its is also a very reasonable price, especially for all the extras they offer(hot wax after manicure, massages, wine, etc.) Not to mention, Essie nail polish is the best. They have the cutest colors! I will never go to another nail place again!

In two months @essienailssalon I went from loving this salon to hating it in 3 months. The attitudes went from nice to the nail tech people don’t care about how you want your nails done. I had been a repeat customer because of a guy David. He did an awesome job. He was friendly. He created a shape that complimented my hands. I went back in three months he was gone. I broke a nail and one nail tech did it completely shorter and different from the shape of my other nails. I told her 4x that was not the shape. Out of frustration & her disregard I told her to stop don’t file or paint. I paid and left. So February 6 I went for a overlay & some new guy started cutting my real grown out nails. The lady that did my nails didn’t know what a stiletto nail was. I showed her on instagram & she said that would be extra. I saw on the flashing sign that full set & polished was $ 20. But they refused to honor. I should have left when they disregarded their own sign advertising the special. The tech doing my nails was more concerned and friendly to her son. She cut my nails really short & the ugliest box shape. When it was time to wash I had to ask for cutical oil. I told the tech don’t even paint them. I paid almost $ 30 for a crappy job. I would have rather gone to a cheap nail shop. At least they make you feel welcome even if they are making b. s convo. The place is really beautiful, but the service getting nails done is a horrible or vaguely expensive experience. You get great service getting pedicures. The techs doing nails should not be doing nails. No customer service. They don’t smile, talk to you or say thank you. Time to find a new nail shop.

Since the business is still brand new and I am looking for a new salon to go to, I thought I’d try Essie out. My boyfriend & I went at 10am. We were the only customers there. So I thought«great, we’ll receive excellent service!» Wrong. The staff wasn’t very friendly. They spoke in another language all the while staring directing at us. We paid for deluxe pedicures that were subpar. The mud used for the hot towel application was only put on the top middle of our feet and was left on for two minutes. They were very rough, not soothing or relaxing at all. They did offer us a glass of wine that was limited to one per customer, even though we paid for more than one service. The top coat on my feet was not even applied so I was left with a lumpy look on my feet. As the gentleman instructed me to move to the manicure station next to my boyfriend, when I go to sit down, I’m yelled at multiple times to move to another station all the way at the other end! Why? I don’t know because again, we were their only customers. They didn’t even bother to buff my boyfriend’s nails, so that was a waste. Finally, the gentleman doing my nails asked me to sit underneath the black nail dryer without even apply a top coat to my nails! And when I looked up, he was gone! Needless to say, it was my first and LAST time patronizing that salon. Definitely not worth time or money
