This is The Worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my 52 years! This is not just a recent thing from them, I stopped going there for quite a while & went last week and it was as bad as ever! One visit about 3 years ago, I went ordered got order took home 12 miles away, missing items! My bad for not checking, I called them and they said if I came back that evening they would give me my missing items! Wow what a DEAL! You’re gonna give me what you owe me if I drive all the way back then, I went there because I was tired! I now very rarely go to McDonald’s anywhere, just avoid them!

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Today I went for the fourth and final time to this location. The order was messed up EVERY single time. How is that even possible? I don’t even order difficult things. One of the times, they handed my food to the person in the drive through and I was IN the store. Then when they realized it, the person had already driven off and when told about it, the person who messed up just said «Whatever, ain’t like you never done it.» Then, I was late for work waiting 15 more minutes for new food that was wrong too. That is ridiculous.

I rarely eat fast food, but the two times I have been here, they are horrendously slow and yet there are no customers. Both times, the same cashier seemed dumber than a log and didn’t know any of the prices or menu items. Furthermore, this McD’s is far more expensive than other OKC McD’s. I’m stillll waiting, and still typing. This is absurd.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! They really do not give a damn if your order is correct or not. I work close to this location and have gone there 3 times hoping it was just a «fluke». It’s not, order wrong no plastic ware included with salad wrong change and not a single damn was given. This place is horrible!!!

I have eaten several times @ this McDonald’s & it seems like they don’t give a damn. If I order fries, is it really hard to give me hot fries? I shouldn’t have to always ask for fresh hot fries. Its like whomever is on fries or bagging my food knew my fries were not hot when they put them in my bag. Pet peave of mines when It comes to my food @ McDonald’s. My burger was great. However my wrapper was covered in big mack sauce. Uhmm exscuse me, but I didn’t order a big mac. Lol
