This is a good, solid BBQ place near Tinker. They have hand made potato chips that disappear far too quickly from my to-go box on the drive home. They do start to run out of sides and meats towards the end of the night, so if you have a specific craving you should call ahead to make sure it’s still available. I have fallen prey to needing my baked potato craving sated only to find out they don’t have any left. They have great coleslaw and baked beans, and I almost always get a baked potato when I visit. The meats are moist and delicious, and they have yummy sauce too.

The portions seem small if you pay $ 9.00 for a plate. Its more like half a lunch. It was weird to watch the girl fluff the brisket infront of you to make it appear like more and fuller. The meat looked and tasted kinda over dried out. I almost think it was cooked the day before and had dried out in the pan or something. The sauce is good, the sides are sides, some decent some not. Overall I wish I could have gotten out of there for 30% less. I have eaten there twice and both times thought the same thing. I wont be back.

So if you are sitting at Tinker AFB, and thinking to yourself«I want some of them ribs» then this is the place to go. Right in the same parking lot as the gas station across from the subway.

This is a good place to get some good, inexpensive BBQ. I have been here several times, and I leave full and satisfied every time. They have brisket, pork, ribs, chicken, burgers(which are also excellent), and stuffed potatoes. Also — a different special every day of the week — fried catfish is usually on Fridays. All the sides are top notch. My only complaints would be the chips that come with the sandwiches(don’t get to pick the side), and they don’t serve sliced brisket.
