I would score lower if it was possible. 32 min to get our order. They were out of: Coke, apples, small cups, barbecue sauce, Apple sauce and toilet paper. The manager on duty told me the new ordering manager was too cheap to order the correct amount of supplies. When I spoke to the owner, he couldn’t have been a more apathetic, lazy loser. As he was busy telling me they weren’t out of anything, his staff was running behind him yelling about what they were out of and how many more orders were screwed up.

AWFUL! This place is terrible. We were there 45 minutes and they got all four of our simple orders wrong. This place is a prime example as to why fast food workers should never make over $ 15. The line manager was super rude to her other workers as well as the numerous people requesting their orders to be corrected.

This location has been remodeled recently and is very nice and clean inside. Service on today’s visit was excellent. Every employee had a positive attitude and a smile on their face. That’s not something you can say very often at a fast food joint.

the chocolate covered strawberry frappé alwaya hits the spot when I’m craving chocolate covered strawberries. THIS is the best frappé yet! Day shift is friendlier than night shift. This location stays clean since the renovation.
