This is where it all started for me and my love affair for the $ 5 hot and fresh pizza. Back in the 1990’s a whole pizza and bread sticks was $ 5. Fortunately LIttle Caesar’s has maintained a price point below inflation with a whole pizza for $ 5. The workers have changed; however, the interior and service is still the same. This also applies to the taste /texture of the pizza pizza(as little caesar used to shout out in the commercials). On another note, I also believe Little Caesar’s started the street marketing sign craze in OKC. One of the employee used to jam on the corner of NW50th and Meridian while spinning a pizza sign. Regardless of snow, rice, ice, or heat he would be dancing like a rock star and marketing LC’s pizza. Everyone would get a kick when they drove past this major intersection. As a result his dance moves his foot prints ended up digging into the crowd laying his mark. Ahh memories. Despite the abundance of pizza shops in OKC, its great to see after 20 plus years pizza pizza is still going on strong.
