Pizza Hut

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. Maybe it was the location, or the fact that I never dine in, or maybe they were just having an off day. No matter the reason (s), today’s visit will likely be my last. Walking in the door I noticed they were not extremely busy. There was a table of two dining in and a man at the register ordering for take out. I got in line behind him to purchase a lunch buffet for one and ended up waiting eight minutes while the cashier made several attempts to count $ 13.99 in change back to the man in front of me. I was embarrassed for her as she counted, mumbled in frustration, and recounted the change. Finally I made it up to the counter and she said to just start eating and pay afterward. I replied «Ok, can I get a water?» She asked where I’d be sitting and brought my drink and silverware which she placed on the bare table. That wouldn’t have been too big of a deal (I don’t care for windex residue on my eating utensils) if it weren’t for the other issues. I proceeded to the buffet to make myself a salad. What I saw reminded me of elementary school lunches from 25 years ago. There was a large bowl of iceberg lettuce (lame) and almost nothing to dress it with. No tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, bacon, etc. There was however a bowl of green bell peppers and they were covered with ranch dressing. I got the feeling this buffet hadn’t been paid any attention since it was put out. The dressing choices were basic, ranch and oil/​vinegar. I chose the latter for my plate of iceberg lettuce with sunflower seeds. The pizza selection was equally disappointing. The only options were pepperoni with jalapeño or triple meat. I’m definitely not a vegetarian but I also don’t eat a lot of meat so this was a let down. I took a few slices and a breadstick and started earing. Immediately I knew the pizza had been sitting for well over an hour. It was hard and crunchy enough to make my gums hurt (and I floss daily). As I sat and ate all I could while washing the think dry mass down with my water I started to wonder if any attention would be paid to me by the wait staff. Once I ran out of water and waited a little longer I realized they weren’t going to acknowledge my presence. Eventually I mentioned it to the cashier who stated she’d forgotten I was there. Nice.
Aside from the low quality food and sub part customer service I was forced to step over or around a yellow bucket filled with brown water and rags the entire time. It just sat in between the salad bar and buffet the entire time, and I was there well over an hour working from my laptop. Just as I was about to get up to pay and leave the waitress picked up the bucket and began wiping down the tables with the brown water. Never again, I say. Never again.

Had very low expectations considering it is a Pizza Hut and I remembered it was awful from some vague memory in the past. Unluckily for me, I didn’t remember why and that Big Deal Box sure sounded good.
Order was messed up in the following ways:
— Neither of the selected drizzle sauces were on either pizza
— Only one pizza had the correct crust
— No sauce with either the wings or breadsticks. Maybe that’s intended, but it’s stupid either way.
In addition to the extreme incompetence required to mess up a pizza order in multiple ways, pizza hut also just sucks in general, when compared to its competitors.

The staff was very helpful very friendly and my pizza turned out great, exactly what I ordered. There have been times that I didn’t get what I ordered, but that was a couple years ago. I don’t know of any restaurant that has ever gotten an order right so kudos to Pizza Hut and the management that is at the North West 23^rd and Meridian location. they were very friendly and quick. I ordered takeout.

I can hardly stand pizza hut but because my family wanted go, I went. Their wings were horrible… how they have the audacity to have a «wing street» is beyond me. Ugh. anywho, the waitress could not get our order right to save her life. We wanted a half sausage and half chicken florentine (chicken, spinach, tomatoes & olives w/​white sauce) I posted a pic of what the pizza came out looking like. The spinach dumped on top, RAW and unchopped. Like a salad on top of a pizza. When we asked why the spinach wasn’t cooked, they didn’t offer to make the pizza and cook the spinach bc clearly that was our issue. They just said, that’s how we do it. I mean did u even wash the spinach, you could’ve chopped it and sprinkled it. They just sat there like well you’re out of luck bc that’s not how we do it, even though their pix showed COOKED spinach. She says, thats bc it wilted from the heat. Google any other pizza with spinach on it is cooked. I can’t stand this place #whacksauce

I will not return to this location. The staff seemed to be a bit confused… about most everything. The food was below average for Pizza Hut. I recommend if you have to have Pizza Hut, try another location.

The last 2 times I have placed an order for delivery you have messed it up or forgotten something. 1^st, you bring me the wrong order. Now gamed, they left that pizza and went back, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for what I order. Now tonight, my wings are forgotten and I’ve been waiting 40mins to have someone go back and get them and I’m guessing they’re not bringing them. Not once was I compensated for your inaccurateness.
This will really make me rethink ordering from you guys.

Just ordered Pizza from here. The pizza was OK. not great, but not the worst pizza i have had. The apples pies that I ordered were so bad it was ludicrous. 4 of the 6 were fused together and of the 2 that weren’t, one of them had a hole in it. Somehow someone thought it was OK to pull them from the fryer, put them in a box and send them out the door like that.
If they will send this out the door i can’t imagine what else may have happened to my food that isn’t visible.

I would not recommend ordering a pizza from this Pizza Hut, especially over the phone. I ordered a large pizza and when I got here 20 minutes later, there was no pizza. The girl said there was no record of me ever calling the store, even though the person I talked to confirmed this address. She said calls get rerouted all the time and people don’t get their pizza. This is stupid, how do you not make my pizza when I talked to someone at your store?!

I ate here last week with my buddy from work. The pizza was fine, normal pizza hut stuff. The service was AWEFUL! We couldn’t get someone to get us drinks to save our lives. I finally walked over to the drink station and said to the manager «Look, we are thirsty and we have been here ten minutes. I have ten years in restaurants, running them etc, I have my health department food service license even. I am getting my friend and I drinks now.» He stepped aside and said go ahead. My friend and I were not the only thirsty ones because after people saw me doing it, about half the restaurant followed suit. The employees and managers just let everyone go. Good thing for them OSHA didn’t decide to walk in.
It was not a particularly busy lunch, I do not know what their problem was. The manager was killing himself trying to check ppl out, refill drinks and clean tables. The staff was moving around about as fast as pond water.
We pretty much took care of ourselves and so did everyone else there. I was pissed that we were charged for drinks I had to go get us, but oh well. I left my phone number for the manager and told him to call me when he was ready to get that placed straightened up and run right. He didn’t much appreciate that and has yet to wisely utilize my offer.
I’ll give them a month or two and go back, hoping things have improved. Like I said, the pizza was fine but the place was a cluster fuck.
