Careful when shopping, at least with their used car inventory. Will advertise one price, and then reference a higher list price once you get there! And then will offer what they call a «significant discount» down to around the original advertised list. Not the integrity I expect from any dealer, much less from a perceived prestigious brand like Jaguar. Maybe just a one time bad experience, but I’m a frequent luxury car buyer and they lost my business and will not consider in the future.

Nothing but first class service! Bought my husband a new Jaguar XF from Jerry Scott a few years ago. Awesome car, first class customer relations. So impressed that I recently bought another for myself from Jerry. He is always quick to respond to any needs or questions. Jerry can get you anything you want, even if not in stock, he will find it. Although we are partial to Jaguars, he is very knowledgeable about Volvo and Mercedes vehicles. Any friend that I have sent to him has been very pleased! I have had good experiences with their service department as well. They work around your schedule and finish in a timely manner. It may sound petty, but I appreciate having a nice loaner car to drive when mine is in service and Jerry has never let me down.

Do not buy from here if you value service at all. I have owned several luxury cars in places like DC, Dallas, Austin, etc., and have never had such consistently bad service. Do yourself a favor and drive to Tulsa or Dallas to buy. If you buy here, you’ll regret it the first time you have to deal with their service department. In a nutshell, they are rude, condescending, unaccommodating and even tried to bill me to put air in my tire for a brand new(two day old) car which cost over $ 100K.
