Love this spot! Great quality and so easy to work with! This is the only spot I go in OKC.

I love this place. I will have to update when I actually get my clothes back, but I came here because, as another Unilocaler(not on this thread) has said, dropping your beloved clothes off to at the unknown to come back altered is a cause for anxiety(I think he said«terrifying» but you get the idea). Anyway, I liked the tone of the reviews, and I had a special request, so I decided I needed to go to someone top-notch and artistic. I had some really cute organic yoga bras that fit but just didn’t hold up/cover the girls, and what I brought in were these bras and a sack of material to somehow attach to them. The tailor, whom I shall call Helena, was super sweet and completely knew what to do. She did not look at me as if I were crazy, which I anticipated. Now I have complete confidence I will have some improved yoga bras and some Free People pull on kick flares that fit my very average, but apparently«short» to clothing websites, stature. Helena is my new best friend. Also, the location is quite nice being in the same shopping center as Four Graces and behind Blue Seven and Urban T. Usually I just cut off the extra length in my jeans, but I actually bought these off of a website(usually my jeans are just acquired free or via thrift), so I thought I’d go professional this time.

Jennifer is the best tailor in town! Quick service, great prices, and truly cares about the customer and their alterations. Trust me, once you come here, you won’t want to go anywhere else!

The quality of work by Helena Tailor is top notch. I’ve used her 4 times in the past 2 months. I discovered Helena Tailor through Spencer Stone, where I do some of my shopping. This is the ONLY place I will have my suits tailored moving forward. I’ve had suits altered by some other local tailors previously and the fit/quality of work doesn’t compare to Helena Tailor. To get an idea of pricing, I had 4 dress shirts altered by shortening the sleeves and bringing them in at the sides. Each shirt was $ 36. The jeans I had hemmed(kept original hems) were $ 18. My suit was around $ 110 to shorten the sleeves and bring in at the sides. This is why I docked the review 1 star for pricing. This is the most I’ve paid for any tailoring. I will use Helena Tailor for alterations for major things like a suit, but for any simple alterations like hemming of jeans or sleeve lengths, I’ll probably stick to a cheaper place. I definitely recommend them for any big ticket alterations… just be prepared to pay up with Cash only and expect no receipt in return.

This shop is ran by a wonderful lady. I had a leather peacoat with zippered sleeves and wasn’t sure if they could be shortened. She was able to shorten them and did a fantastic job!

Super sweet lady who always smiles when I walk in the door, you make my pants fit so right! I have had several things altered there from jeans, to slacks and dress shirts. She even took a pair of khakis I had and converted them from bootcut to straight leg. This is a quality tailor who does very good work at very reasonable prices!

Very friendly, fast service, and they always do a quality job! I first utilized her services to get a pair of jeans hemmed. She does an amazing job. She does the hem where she moves the original edge of the jeans up and the thread matches the original wash. This is where many of the local retailers(Spence Stone, etc.) send their custom tailor work. Cash or Check only…
