Fix My Phone

Very unhappy with my repair! I paid $ 155 to get my screen fixed. When I picked it up it had a line going all the way up and down on the screen. The repairman said it would go away or I could bring it back. It didn’t. Like I had time for that! Less than 2 weeks later I took it back and they refused to repair it. I told them I was unhappy and It was unsatisfactory. They still wouldn’t budge. I won’t be going back…

Have brought several of my phones here when I thought they were unrepairable. I was wrong. They brought them back to life. Excellent service.

I came here about a month ago because I, as many others, dropped my phone while I was out painting the streets of OKC red.
The following day, I went into Fix My Phone and their helpful team of savvy phone techs assured me my phone would be treated as if it were their own. They did not disappoint in the slightest, they fixed her up and got me out in no time!
I highly recommend this place for any and all phone needs! The customer service is absolutely wonderful; they’re quick, knowledgable, and affordable!

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. I shattered my phone in the parking lot two doors down from them so ran it in real quick. I have a 5s and as we all know, the fingerprint recognition is the main difference. They broke that section of the phone in the process and tried to act like it shouldn’t make a difference to the quality. They broke 3 more screens in the process of replacing the home button, then said they just needed to put a white front screen on my black phone. This happened a few months ago, my phone is still black on the back and white on the front… also the fingerprint function has never worked since. They charged full price and were extremely rude during the process. They even got mad at my precious dad when he asked them if they would fix it eventually since we were needing to get to my wedding rehearsal and had spent 3 hours waiting for them. My advice, never ever take your phone here. You’ll pay over $ 100 to walk out of the store with a more broken phone then when you got there.

My mom broke her iphone screen while in from out of town during theholidays and they fixed it in less than an hour.

Excellent customer service and a knowledgeable staff. I had my lcd replaced on my Note 3. It was expensive, but still cheaper than anyone else in town. They had it done in under 45 minutes and they gave me a 9 month warranty. Well worth the drive for me.

Fast phone repair took 30 mins.
Iphone 5s costs $ 130 does offer discounts If you have more than one device fixed at a time and if they have any used parts they will discount the repair.
Also lots of preowned phones and you can sell your phone/​device.
Repair didn’t last. Screen broke very easy 2^nd time.
