Edmond, OK
purchased a Groupon which included 4 adjustments, exam and xrays. Went to office and presented my Groupon to them. I received 3 adjustments, x rays and consultation. 8 weeks later I find out they billed my insurance company for the services. I did not give them permission to bill them and they did not state in the groupon that this was part of the deal– Not a good way to run a business!
