Service was very attentive and timely. It is a somewhat intimate setting where conversations do carry across the room, which would be my only complaint. The food was very simple but elevated. Mostly locally sourced and you can tell. Bartender Andrew was great. Very impressed and hope this place gains in popularity but doesn’t become to large and packed but will very much be added into our rotation of brunch spots.

Food was great, as was the server Emily. Make sure you ask for Emily, she will take great care of you. The new renovations to the restaurant are fantastic and everyone needs to come give it a try. Forget what you thought about the old restaurant and space, come check out the new hotness.

Newly remodeled, in fact the Grand Opening is not until Feb 5th. The owner plans to have a live one-man band, and other live music. I overheard that the bar was moved from the back wall where the new seating is, to the middle of the room. It is now shaped like a fish hook to allow for more bar patrons. I ordered my favorite meal– chicken Caesar salad with a local craft beer. Rejoice! They have Coop F5IPA! My favorite IPA in Oklahoma, perfect lacing on the glass, bold and complex hop flavor. I now have three plates(600 different beers) at the Flying Saucer. Trust me, I know beer. They snuck homemade jalapeño cornbread with local honey glaze on to my table. I only had a sliver, but it tasted really good. Duke vs Miami basketball game playing on three large TV’s. Miami better win. I am never EVER rooting for Duke. Shane Battier, JJ Reddick, Steve Wojciechowski, Christian Laettner, Cherokee Parks. I hate all those white rich crybabies. Final score Miami 80– Duke 69. Just like every team that plays Duke, I am rooting for this bar to succeed.
