I’m on a cross country drive from KY to CA and this was our hotel for the first night of travel. Normally econo lodges are relatively decent for their price but i was left unimpressed and a little disgusted this time. Upon entering the room the first thing i saw was bugs scattering from the walls when the lights came on. The AC was off so the room was hot and stuffy until we had a while to get that started up. When I was trying to sleep I squished several bed bugs and decided to sleep on the floor. Through the night there was a man working on his van right outside my window banging tools together and such. Not to mention the dog fight I witnessed in the parking lot at about 11 at night. This place was all around sketchy, I slept with a pistol on the nightstand within arms reach. Wasn’t a good night.

Stayed here because it was the closest room available to the state fair. Pros: Really close to the Premium outlet mall, and close to the state fair grounds. Cons: 1) The Wi-Fi would not connect, even after the manager rebooted the wire-less router. 2) Located right next to the expressway, so it Is rather loud in the room at night due to normal traffic noise. In the morning discovered the window had not been fully shut. 3) Found a beetle inside the plastic cups, next to the ice bucket. Time to call the exterminator. 4) The front desk was over-powering with cigarette smoke, creating a dense fog. 5) The breakfast was only donuts, cereal, milk and juice.

Don’t stay here. Within one hour of turning down the bed discovered bedbugs! Still freaked out. Glad I was not in the room long. Less risk of tag along critters in my belongings.

OH-MY-GOD! I have never been more under-impressed with an establishment in all my life! The location was on a service road. Off the HWY and it was all by its self. Looked pretty erie. When I walked in, the floor was dirty… and I mean dirty. Crap everywhere. The dude at the desk appeared to have some flesh eating disease on his face and neck. Huge flakes of skin were falling off on the counter and were all over his shirt. I felt bad for the guy’s condition, but was even more upset for myself. He touched the papers I filled out and the card for my door… I’m not okay with that. The room was plain, but not dirty, so that was the only plus. 1 star…1 star.
