I definitely will not stay at this hotel anymore. I was very disappointed in the changes they’ve made to the hotel. The expectation of what your supposed to get and what you actually recieve is deceiving. They said tey jad roll away beds and were out. Then I asked if there was at least a couch in the room and the clerk told me yes. Once I was in the room, there was no couch(only a chair) and no door on the bathroom. When I asked what could be done. She said she could refund my money and I can go somewhere else. Are you serious? I used to love this hotel but never again! I definitely will not reccomend them to anyone.

This was supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel room. I would rate it a 2. The bathroom is DISGUSTING and everything in it is old. The beds are hard(no cushion whatsoever) and the center of the mattress is sunken in. This is the second 3.5 star Crowne Plaza I have stayed in on this trip(Indianapolis Airport was the other). Both are equally neglected. Avoid this whole hotel chain!

My family stayed here and the service was amazing! The rooms were super clean and the staff really stepped up. My mom was in the hospital passing away and one employee went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible! Jenni, thank you so much for your caring and compassion. She was truly a top notch professional. We will definitely stay here again! Awesome job!

I must’ve sounded like one of those crazy hotel guests when I was staying here but it really was one of my worst hotel stays ever. This hotel is so poorly run at night and I don’t know what kind of guests they have staying here, but they need to review the kind of market they’re trying to keep if they wanna keep the contract with the company I’m with. We came in late at night and needed a fridge. No avail. They had nobody to carry one to our rooms. Bummer, oh well. Atleast their elevators fit all three of us. Yup… three average sized people it fits. I got a lovely wakeup call from my drunk and confused neighbor next door banging on my door to «Open up! Get out of bed!». I didn’t know him. He then started banging on his hotel room door and told his roommate or whatever to «Hurry up and clean this damn room. Check out is at 11am, MAKESURETHERE’S NOSMOKE». Ring ring, I called the front desk and they were out of there. So why two stars? Because the shuttle driver was nice enough to take us around in a 3mile radius and somebody eventually did bring up a mini-fridge and a microwave. I’m spoiled. Later that night… they put a baby next to me. I know. you can’t stop the baby from crying HOWEVER can somebody please explain to mommy and daddy how slamming a door continuously is going to help? Slamming door + screaming baby = Crystal reading the contract the company made with the hotel about quiet rooms etc. Yeah. I was not happy. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor.

This place was rated 3 ½ stars but I think that is an overstatement. In my room I had trouble with the outlet for the coffeemaker. Got that fixed. Then, the TV didn’t work. Took them until the 2nd call the 2nd day to get it fixed. The best part was the breakfast buffet downstairs … it was awesome for the price paid.

DONOTBOOKHERE! AWFULHOTEL We checked into the honeymoon suite, when we got into the room, the room had a awful nursing home smell, the leather couch was worn out with holes in the leather, couch looked like they found at a 1970’s garage sale. The private pool attached to the suite was filthy dirty, and then when my wife wanted to take a hot bath in the jacuzzi tub, NOHOTWATER!!! WTF? Shower had no hot water either. We called front desk to complain and stated that if the hotel expects people to pay $ 180/night, these issues should not occur. Their response was that if we feel we should not pay than please leave our hotel now and we will refund your money, it was 1am. So that’s exactly what we did, we left immediately and next day room was still charged to my debit card. Called the manager the next morning and she was just as rude and said we kicked u out and do not come back. Really! That’s their story. Ok gotcha. That is not customer service. Never will I ever stay at another Crowne Plaza, first & last time. Stay away from this place!!!

I was kinda freaked out when my boyfriend told me he booked a room here for us to stay in at the 4th of July. But to my surprise it was totally updated. Rooms looked pretty good. Pool was on point and they staff was ultra friendly. Close to everything. just wishing the breakfast was included. Oh well… a girl can dream :)

Pretty clean, easy parking… Not many food options after midnight. We settled for whataburger. The hotel was quiet and the staff was polite. Kenneth was super helpful and eased the stress at check-in. Our toilet didn’t work but the good out weighed the bad so we didn’t complain. I would recommend this to ppl traveling north of the Red River.

I enjoyed my stay here! I didn’t have much interaction with the staff but the room was clean and confortable. The pillows used on the bed was worth the stay alone. Only issue is i think the rooms are over priced for what you are getting. For over $ 100 per night i was just expecting something nicer. But it had a sm fridge in it which i like and they said if asked we could of had a microwave tho there was no way to know that. Thought about doing breakfast but there is a breakfast dinner up the street called Beverly’s which was excellect and cheaper than get breakfast at the hotel. Giving 3stars b/c of the pillows :)

Overall I have been exceptionally pleased with both the service and the quality at this hotel. Everything has been clean and the front desk staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. The main reason I rated a 4 star instead of 5 is both the room and the food were just a little above average, but the service should get a 5 star review. I will certainly add Crowne Plaza on my list as a hotel to return to. I think the outstanding customer service is some of the best I have encountered.

Is there a rating lower than one? Check in is major problem, bar is a mess. I lying in bed and a huge cricket is walking across the floor. I will NEVER stay here again. Holy crap!!!

Secured the room via Priceline. Have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza hotel before so my wife and I were excited to have the opportunity. While checking in the girl was very nice. She asked if we would like a room with two queen beds or a king size bed. I told her a king size be would be great. Again, she was very polite. During the process the guy at the kiosk next to hear came and looked at her screen, pointed to it and quietly said something too her. He left and when I was handed my key I was told that they only had a room with two queen beds. No biggie as it was already 11:30 at night. We arrived at the room to find it was located next to the elevator. Every time, and I mean EVERYTIME, the elevator went up or down it sounded like a 747 taking off. My wife called the front desk to ask if we could change rooms. The guy who had said something to the individual checking us in answered the phone. He was extremely rude and said they were sold out there was nothing he could do. My wife was upset as we had been on the road for 8 hours and she needed to get a good nights rest for the following day. Not believing the individual and his comments I called the 800 number for Crowne Plaza and was told there were plenty of rooms available. I called back and our buddy once again answered the phone. He was very curt with me and said there was nothing they could do. Being it was so late we went ahead an just dealt with the noise. If it would have been a little earlier, we would have checked out and left for another hotel. Crowne Plaza… you should respect your Priceline customers and use it as an opportunity to introduce them to the level of customer service one would expect from a quality hotel. Don’t treat them like garbage and through them to the wayside. You missed out on making a good first impression on us. At the very least the type of first impression that would get us to come back. As the saying goes… ONEANDDONE.

I was originally going to give two stars for the sole purpose of not trying to look vindictive, but ultimately decided it really is only worth one-star. Check-in is unnecessarily slow and annoying. Was assigned to wrong room(someone else was already in there). Was told I’d get breakfast vouchers for myself and my husband for the inconvenience; didn’t have them the next morning, but after asking about them to the manager(who explained there was nothing she could do), received them the day after. Housekeeping was lame. They didn’t bother to make the bed, give us more coffee(after two days) or give us fresh glasses — all they did was take the dirty towels off the bathroom floor. Got locked out of our room on the third day, yet another inconvenience. Stayed on the«Club» level — NOT worth it. The club lounge is like 7 different couches that look like they all came from Craigslist all spread out a large room with a TV in it. That’s it; that’s what you pay $ 30/nt. extra for. Room is nothing more than standard. Your typical bed, chair, desk and dresser w/TV. Bathroom is very cramped and bathtub was not clean. We didn’t pay for breakfast since we had the vouchers, so it’s hard to complain about free breakfast. They definitely had quite a selection for free(pancakes, eggs, meats, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruits, oatmeal, breads, cereals) but for $ 9.95 I don’t think it would have been worth it, go next door to Beverly’s instead. And lastly, and most importantly, the customer service was absolutely horrible with regard to every single employee we encountered. They weren’t necessarily rude, but they weren’t friendly either, especially when being asked for things that were caused by their own screw-ups. *** Needs management overhaul! ***

Very disappointing experience. We come for Memorial weekend to get away, relax poolside, and enjoy the weekend. When we first checked in, Tommy did a great job of looking for adjoining rooms and welcoming us. Later that evening we called to find out how late the pool was open and they indicated it closed at 10 but would open the next morning at 10. We go to the pool the next day and it’s closed for what we found out — the entire weekend. The front desk said they would credit $ 10 per night and upon checkout that is not on our reservation. Crooks!

The hotel is fine. The rooms are semi well appointed but the restaurant is horrible. The worst. We literally had to get up and leave because service took so long. The staff is super friendly but there is no excuse for the lack of food quality and poor training and equipment. The server literally had to deliver our huge party’s drinks individually because they have no service trays! Our big party agreed we won’t go back.

The room was great! Updated, clean and comfortable! Free WiFi! Downside — No free breakfast and the food was VERY overprised! I was there on the companies dime and still didn’t want to spend their money on meals here.

I think this place is going through some kind of improvement initiative. The first thing we noticed upon check-in was a nice man(dressed in a suit) at the door who greeted us and was eager to assist us. He was there at check-out too the next morning. There were two very nice people at the front desk who helped us check in. We found the room to be well appointed. Beds were comfy, wi-fi was reliable, and everything was clean. No noise problems and free parking. The location left much to be desired in terms of dining options within walking distance, but it didn’t really matter to us since we only stayed one night.

Logan was great when we checked in, friendly and personable. That’s where the good ended. The hotel need updating. The halls look old and dirty. The room has some updated features but still felt dirty. In the morning, you could see down to the pool from my room and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The shower floor has something gross stuck to it and there were so many dead bugs in the overhead light it covered half the light. The icing on the cake was not having ANY hot water to shower in the morning. At check out time, I complained to the front desk girl, I believe her name was Tamika, and her only response was«several people had to take cold showers so you weren’t the only one.» Great way to empathize with my situation. As a frequent traveler, I spend more time in hotels then I do home, this was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not something a Priority Club member wants to associate with.

The breakfast buffet is one if the worst i have ever seen. No menu only old eggs, runny sausage, and rude service. Way over priced. This is a hotel that is there with no heart. Go elsewhere. This is my second time staying at this Crowne Plaza and the first stay was horrid, but this was even worse. When I checked in I told the desk manager about my experience last time, when I presented and the audio was terrible and nothing was done about it. She called the banquet manager, who is useless, and we went down to the room and I pointed out some water stained tiles, which she replied«I don’t think they’re that bad.» This should have been my first sign that trouble was brewing. The next day I head downstairs to eat, which the first time was terrible because the waitress ignored me because she was flirting with some construction guys, but I let that go knowing everyone needs love right. Well, this time the server(a different one) was straight up rude. She only filled my coffee cup once, it wasn’t busy but she just kept walking into the other dining area. The buffet is gross. The eggs are runny, the sausage looked like they were swimming in a pool of grease, and the oatmeal had this crusty film on it. They only have the buffet for $ 15.00. I paid that much for coffee and two little boxes of cereal. I will never go back. I had to track her down to pay and then she took the pay sleeve and just kept walking around. I had to stop her and say«Could you run it, so I can leave please.» The she ran and shot me a dirty look. Also, they tout that they have Starbucks in the lobby. BTW, it is never filled and was empty each time I checked. Ridiculous how this property is run. During my presentation, there is NO audio. Not bad audio, but NO audio. Fortunately, my coordinator contacted the banquet manager, same one from yesterday, she told the coordinator, «I guess I should have listened to him yesterday when he said he had problems.» She called the a/v people, which are off-site, and an hour-and-a-half later the audio was working. My presentations represent me and this hotel is not worth anyone’s business, let alone looking like you represent a substandard product. Go elsewhere. Go to a hotel that listens to its customers and cares about quality and professional presentation.

Not amazing by any stretch. The lobby is very modern with bright colors and a bar. The business center is also located here. Check in was fine. I came for business and we arrived well before check in time. Room was ready for me. The room I booked was a 2 double bed room; my co-worker booked the same room and was asked if he wanted a king! I never got that option. I did have a little rest and relax spa aromatherapy product sample on my bed and the sleep spray really worked. My co-worker did not have such samples provided. There was no clock in my room. i thought that was weird, but maybe they were being modern? Room was a standard room. Hairdryer in the room but the bathroom outlet did not work so I had to use the one for the TV. Beds are kinda comfortable but not really. I didn’t sleep all that well. I was also across from the ice machine(which was in a really uninsulated room) so I had those sounds waking me up regularly. Free Wi-fi but it broke up here and there. Decent selection of TV channels; no complaints. Bathroom amenities were nice. I liked the temple spa branded items. If you are a Priority Club member you get free Starbucks. Nice perk. Finding a place to walk to for food was hard as there are no sidewalks in the area. Note: If you need help with directions, the front desk was not the place to ask. We wanted to visit the Memorial but the front desk member was unable to help us with cab info or get us a shuttle ride. We ended up calling a cab ourselves… cost was $ 25 Cost to hotel from Airport: $ 35. I probably won’t stay here again if I was visiting the area.
