I just wanted to take a minute to write a little praise for some of the employees at okc camping world. We had a unit picked out and were ready to go with purchase so Dean didn’t have a tough sale, but he followed through and got stuff done. CIndy the greeter was an absolute charm and as much as she fawned over my son, my son soaked it up and adored the extra attention, she went above and beyond a normal «front desk greater» and we appreciated it very much. Lastly and by far the most deserving of praise is Cynthia, her knowledge and desire to get the job done even after everything was «signed and delivered» was beyond any I have seen in a customer service environment, her instructions aided us off to a very smooth start and whereas we are new to the RV lifestyle so to speak, we are light years ahead of were we ever could of imagined we would have been without her help and showing us step by step all the little things some might over look. She eased concerns about that «what if I show up to my first campsite and am clueless» and set us forward on a great path.
Again all the staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt the need to send special praise for these fine folks. Thank you for everything and have a merry Christmas and happy new year.

This is a hit or miss location. Even though I live close, I only go when I have to. I made an appointment for service one time and when I showed up, I wasn’t in the system and they didn’t have an opening for weeks. Luckily, I did some YouTube research and fixed the issue myself. I have gone to get items you can get at other stores. Some employees are great and others are horrible. Just be prepared for anything.
