Although I had to wait 40 minutes to be helped(hire more people!!), I had a complicated problem after having left AT&T for T-Mobile(BIGMISTAKE). The store manager, Chris, and the sales associate, Sonya, worked with me to restore my old account. They also found a better plan to save me money. Thanks!

This store is amazingly bad. I waited 45 minutes to do a return while 15 people waited in the store with me. The manager(a white chick with skinny jeans) stood at the front register and played on her phone. There was one employee who stood at the door and opened it for customers and took down names, I assume his time could have been better spent helping the customers. The other employees minus Santiago were dumb. They walked back and forth to the manager with dumb questions. Worst experience in awhile.

This is a tale of two stores. I live inbetween two stores and have visited both for help with my account as well as phone upgrades. This store gets it right everytime, regardless of of they can help you or not. Always personable, nice and respectful to me and any friend that I send there comes back with good stories about their encounter with any of the staff there. Love this store! Try it you’ll like it.
