All Over Movers

I had a very pleasant experience with All Over Movers from the call to set up the appointment to the actual move itself. They even called me to see if they could come earlier. The movers were quick, courteous and extremely helpful. They helped me move 39 years of memories and family heirlooms to a storage unit and even set the storage unit up so that I can walk down aisles.

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. I talked to a lady named Jen on the phone, and asked her about charges and details about the move. Initially, she answered my questions by saying a simple ‘yes’ for all the questions without elaborating on anything. During the entire conversation, she was extremely arrogant and condescending unwilling to repeat any information and acted like she was doing me a favor. I continued to be polite and proceeded to book them as the company’s review seemed nice. I asked her about any gas charges, and she yelled me and said in a very rude tone «I don’t know what charges you are talking about. I already told you there is a flat rate.» At this point I confronted her and asked her why she was being so rude and condescending, and instead of apologizing, she proceeded with «do you want to cancel your order?». I have never in my life had such a horrible customer service experience. I can’t comment on the company’s actual moving services but based on my 3 minutes conversation with their representative, will never use or recommend this company!!!

Very professional and friendly movers. They communicated well and were delicate with my furniture and floors while moving the furniture. I have dealt with poor moving companies and the past so I was skeptical to try another one but this company did well and I would use them again.
They also arrived early for the move but they were courteous and called ahead of showing up early. They also made the most of the time they were on the job and didn’t run up the clock.

Excellent service. The movers were friendly, competent, careful, and professional. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them.

Yesterday was the third time I used All Over Movers in the past 2 years. The first was my move from a condo in San Francisco to a beautiful home in rural Shawnee, OK. (I wish I had them move my car — that was a LONG drive!)
The 2^nd was from Shawnee to a historic home Crown Heights about a month ago.
The 3^rd was yesterday — extra furniture that I can’t bear to part with but still want to keep (family heirlooms) into my storage facility in NW OKC. Each time the teams that were sent out we’re professional and fast — I have a lot of stuff — not like I’m going to be invited to be a subject of «Hoarders» a but I do have lots of things from my travels. I had some tricky angles in the staircase at the old home in Shawnee so they took apart my beds and two armoires. They also wrapped all of my paintings and furniture so that they wouldn’t get banged around. I carefully packed my own dishes and glassware but that’s just because they very expensive and I would not trust anyone with those (not even friends that helped me pack!) :-)
I did run out of boxes, bubble wrap and tape and luckily, they had ample supplies. Yeah! They would even do this packing for me but I was trying to save a little cash since it’s an hourly fee. (However — I probably spent two weeks packing everything and it probably would have been more efficient to just hand that over to them as well.!)
On both moves (moving is so stressful even under the best of circumstances) I would have left things behind but the teams noticed things that I had overlooked. A painting in an odd location (sorry my friend that made it — just never really liked that photo of the old man by the water — it’s creepy — but I digress…), a cable box that I needed to return, extra car keys, etc.
I’ve used other movers before (love Delancey Street Movers if you are moving around the Bay Area) and also some wackos off Craig’s List (oh brother — I’ve got stories. Bad, bad, WTF stories…) and I’ll definitely keep coming back to All Over Movers the next time I move. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to know more.

If I could give no stars I would. They showed up 7 hours late. Seven. Hours. Late. And for reasons that «could not be helped.» Not only that, but one of the workers they sent was a complete bum. He was not worth anything, and continually needed to be prodded to work. The final straw was when they promised to get the job done that day, but did not bring the proper equipment. We finished moving the remaining items ourselves the next weekend. When we called the owner, he played dumb, and did not give us a penny reimbursement. We even received a call from the CEO, threatening to call the police, because we were «refusing to pay.» We were NOT refusing to pay. We were not looking for a freebie. We were going to pay for the work that eventually came, but we thought we deserved some form of compensation. Not even an apology was uttered.
Stay away folks, these gentlemen do not deserve your business.
