The Home Depot

My wife and I decided that it was time for a new gas grill. After checking out reviews and different sales online we decided to go to Home Depot and purchase our new grill along with he’s an old mulch and other home supplies for the summer season. We live in East Syracuse and chose to drive to the Cicero location because they showed a better inventory online of the grill we were looking at. We arrived to the Home Depot in Cicero at 7:15 p.m. on Friday June 26^th never once greeted by any staff we looked at all the grills first then made our way to the garden center where we picked up our yard supplies. After loading our yard supplies we made our way back to the grill section and made a final decision on which grill we would like. Still no employees have spoken to us or asked us if we needed any assistance at that point I went up to the service counter and asked if we could get some help to purchase a grill. One of the two young ladies at the desk said she would have somebody to assist us momentarily. We went back to the grill section and picked out some accessories and other products that we were going to purchase at that time to employees past us and I said oh thank you we are waiting for you to give us a hand one of them was on the phone and said ok I did not know you needed assistance we will be with you in a few minutes the other older gentleman just continued walking and did not pay any attention. So I made one more attempt going up to the service desk asking for assistance again the young lady said I made the call I don’t know why no one has answered someone should be with you shortly. I walk back to the grill section one more time and waited another minute or so. Feeling like no one wanted to assist us are large purchase my wife and I decided that we would take our business elsewhere. On our way to the parking lot passing the service desk one more time I asked the lady if they had a Staffing problem because no one has helped us yet. We left without making any purchase and no one ever attempted to assist us in any way shape or form horrible customer service do not recommend ever going to the store I would be very interested to talk to the store manager.
